With growing demand of clean energy and a deeper understanding of the accumulation conditions of shale gas, as well as the greater level of the continuous progress of the drilling, the shale gas exploration and development become the new bright spot of unconventional oil and gas resources exploration and development. However, the rapid assessment of the feasibility of shale gas development theory has not been established. There is an urgent need to form a shale gas reservoir development rapidly to evaluate the feasibility of the theory and methods and provide a scientific, accurate and rapid way for evaluation of shale gas reservoirs. This paper takes qualitative and quantitative aspects to carry out the theoretical study of the feasibility method of shale gas exploration and development.(1) Referring to foreign shale gas reservoir geology and development of evaluation factors, combining with China’s shale own characteristics, we screened evaluation factors set of shale gas development and used statistical methods as fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and gray association to establish the gas reservoir qualitative evaluation model.(2) Considering the starting pressure characteristics of ultra-low permeability reservoirs and special geological characteristics of shale gas. We took the perspective of fluid mechanics, without regard to the mode of occurrence and the mode of occurrence of the composite mathematical model, use non-homogeneous virtual cases Bessel function to establish complex bottom hole pressure mathematical model as well as explore the wellbore storage coefficient, inner permeability, outer permeability, skin factor, starting pressure gradient, desorption compressibility factor and gas production and other factors.(3)According to the in unstable shale gas pressure propagation and the production of shale gas wells dynamic characteristics, we identified shale gas well productivity can determine the method and analyze the effect of penetration of the inner permeability, the outer permeability, the radius of the inner region, the reservoir thickness, starting pressure gradient, skin factor and other factors on shale gas well productivity. By normalization of capacity process curve, a shale gas well productivity equation was build and reliability analysis was accomplished.(4) On the basis of theoretical studies, the rapid evaluation software of the feasibility valuation of shale gas is development as well as the test oof the software’s feasibility.
