Study On The Key Affecting Factors Risk Identification Of Coal Mine Human Error Accident Analysis

Coal is an important energy to ensure economic growth as main energy production and consumption in China. However, coal mining is mostly underground mining in China, whose geological conditions and mining conditions are relatively complex, and exceptional work environment result in more coal mine accidents that become one of major bottleneck for safe and efficient production in the coal mine. Human error is the main cause of coal mine accidents, however, the cause mechanism had not been made clear until now, so it is impossible to completely eliminate coal mine accidents. Reasonable analysis in accidents cause can effectively improve the prevention reliability for coal mine accident, and effective human error factors hazard identification classification can better prevent and control the coal mine accidents, so it possesses important significance on safety production in the coal mine.For particularity of induced conditions in the coal mine, caused mechanism of human error accidents was further analyzed according to the characteristics and classification of coal mine accidents in China, and the key factor incentive mechanism was obtained. Then behavior classification errors of human error accident was obtained by statistical analyzing and classifying major coal mine accident in last 10 years. Constructing the multilevel gray evaluation system of human error affecting factors of coal mine, the affecting weight of key factors were calculated and analyzed by applying AHP and gray systems theory.Human error risk identification model of coal mine accident was established by using Bayesian network structure, and determined the risk identification standards. Human error was identified and classified according to classification criteria of affecting factors.According to the key affecting factors caused mechanism, reliability model had been established by applying the reliability theory. Reliability of coal mine human error was analyzed and calculated through three stages, the reliability calculation formula of human error was attained.The mechanism of coal mine human error had been analyzed from interceded by the key affecting factors in this paper, and it had broadened the caused mechanism of the coal mine accidents. This study is possessed important reference value to prevent human error in the coal mine under complex conditions.
