| ObjectiveThrough the clinical study of Acupoint Application with acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Acupoint Application of allergic rhinitis. The main purpose is looking for an exact effective non-surgical therapy for the treatment of symptoms of allergic rhinitis.Method60cases of allergic rhinitis patients met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into the experimental group of30patients and control group of30patients. The two groups of electro-acupuncture therapy acupuncture points the same acupoints:Ying Hong, Yin-Tang, the wind pool, wind House, Zusanli. With points:Lung Qi Deficiency Type with Feishu damper; DLS type with spleen, Feishu; kidney yang deficiency type with Shenshu on Star; lung swelter type with too River, Sanyinjiao; therapy three times a week, four weeks for a course of treatment, a total of3courses. Experimental group: the selection of points Dingchuan, throttle, Feishu, Shenshu, Zusanli; treatment once every10days, four weeks for a course of treatment, continuous treatment of3courses.Result(1) determine the efficacy of judgment the allergic rhinitis standard Drug Administration issued a standard reference "TCM Syndrome Diagnostic efficacy of the standard"(1994). Results:60cases· patients in the experimental group of30patients, clinical cure in llcases,14cases were markedly effective,4cases were effective, and1case were ineffective;30cases of the control group, the clinical cure2cases,9cases were markedly effective,17cases were effective, ineffective one cases, the experimental group therapy effective cases (cured+) for25cases, significantly better rate of83.33%, significantly higher than the9cases,36.66%cure rate.(2) The evaluation method reference allergic rhinitis diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation standards "Response Evaluation Criteria formulated: asthma-like hierarchical quantization table scoring statistics:Patient60cases, the experimental group and30cases, the total average score was13.27±2.68;30patients, average overall score of8.87+2.99. The experimental group scored significantly higher.(3) A comprehensive assessment of quality of life questionnaire assessment results show the score was no significant difference (P>0.05), on treatment before the comprehensive assessment of the quality of life questionnaire, the two groups were no significant differences in pre-treatment quality of life assessment questionnaire. Treatment in the two groups before and after integration group compared by paired sample t test, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life index, two independent samples t-test, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) significantly improved, the experimental group after treatment, the level of quality of life has been significantly improved and improvement.ConclusionAcupoint Application is produced by a variety of stimuli through direct moxibustion, by the chemical action of subcutaneous infiltration, suppress the site pathological information transfer, the lesion inferiority stimulus conduction delay, local muscle nerves a rest and the wholecomplex;, patching, warm herbs to stimulate acupuncture points so that acupoint hot iron through a variety of drugs after local vascular mild expansion, improved local microcirculation tissue ischemia and hypoxia pathological states, promote blood circulation, so thatlocal metabolism normalization, so as to speed up the absorption of local inflammation, muscle tissue makes partial functional recovery, the treatment is significantly effect... |
