Objective:Although the patients with coronary heart disease usually have chest pain as the chief complaint, but a little number of them throat tightness as the chief complaint. This study was designed to investigate features of the patients having throat tightness as the chief complaint of coronary heart disease. Methods:The cases and data were collected from hospitalized patients in Tongji Hospital in the period of2010to2013. All these cases were diagnosed as coronary heart disease by angiography. We summarized the clinical features of these patients, including symptoms, distribution and severity of the lesion coronary arteries.Results:61cases were inducted to this study, including8ceases with stable angina,40cases with unstable angina and13cases with myocardial infarction. In these patients, the left anterior descending (LAD) artery was the principal lesion vascular in71.4%patients, while only22.5%and6.1%patients with the left circumflex (LCX) and right coronary artery (RCA) as the principal lesion vascular, respectively. Conclusion:In coronary heart disease patients with throat tightness as the chief complaint, the most common lesion vascular was LAD, thus warrants alarm and early intervention to improve the prognosis. Objective:Sudden cardiac death(SCD) is an emergency situation in clinical work. About70%~80%SCD cases are induced by coronary heart disease(CHD) in developing countries. This study was designed to analyze the types of disease, degree of coronary artery disease and risk factors, and this study would provide evidence to future study and clinical work.Method:All cases were obtained from Tongji Hospital with diagnosis of SCD from Jan2003to Nov2013. Clinical features, risk factors, inducement factors, degree of coronary artery disease and types of disease were analyzed. Results:There were38cases in this analysis. Among these cases, there were more male patients than female patients, the peak age was66to75. Smoking, alcohol, hypertension, diabetes, heart failure were main risk factors of SCD in these cases.89.5%of them had acute or old myocardial infarction before SCD, and the degree of coronary artery disease was usually serious. Over30%cases occurredcardiac rupture before SCD because of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. Conclusion:SCD usually occurs in patients with serious disease and more risk factors. They need prompt and effective treatment to decrease mortality rate...
