By literature research and clinical observation, we want to know about formula symptoms and suitable people of Dangguisini decoction. It can give more help to efficiently use this decoction for treatment in clinic.Methods1. By research literature, Combining with the traditional Chinese medicine research results in recent years, we want to understand the Formula, syndrome, disease, Constitution and the relationship between them, in order to build " Formula-Disease-Constitution" research model.2. By reading the book and literature, we research the reason and mechanism of disease which can be cured by Dangguisini decoction. And we research the feature, effect and dose of herb in Dangguisini decoction. We also theoretical studies of advances in modern pharmacology and clinical research.3. By searching "prescription medicine knowledge" database website, we collected Dangguisini decoction’s consisting decoction and analogous decoction, then elaborate its pathogenesis therapy.4. By collecting and organizing the medical case literature database of Dangguisini decoction, we extract the diagnosis, symptoms, medication and other information for statistical analysis to understand the formula symptoms of Dangguisini decoction.5. By clinical observation, we take physical condition for suitable people of Dangguisini decoction. They will have main symptom score after taking efficacy. We can know TCM constitution, gender, age and other characteristics of people which suitable for Dangguisini decoction.Results 1."
