Through the study, can be applied to clinical practice of moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and curative effect evaluation to provide the certain reference value.Methods:This topic, in patients with primary dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature of60patients met the criteria for the patients with blood stasis type. Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group30cases each. Treatment group use ginger moxibustion, find RN4(Guanyuan), CA7(Zigong)(double), depending on the degree of pain different moxibustion quantity is different, the person that weigh moxibustion10strong, moderate moxibustion eight strong, mild moxibustion five strong. Control group:use common acupuncture method, main point:RN4(Guanyuan) and CA7(Zigong)(double), stab1-1.5inches, with twisting and complement after acupuncture, gas for degrees,30min after the needle retaining needle. Every time after about1week before the treatment,1times a day, continue to menstruation, this for a period of treatment, two groups of treatment3period of treatment. In the process, respectively in the before and after treatment and follow-up period pain VAS score and COX dysmenorrhea symptoms rating scale, calculate the total effective rate; And in the before and after treatment, respectively for the patient of blood rheology, nail fold microcirculation for testing. General information analysis before treatment:age and duration were of no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05).3.Record the scores of blood rheology indexes:for the whole blood high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte pressure index of the treatment group were statistically different before the treatment(P<0.05). And the scores of blood rheology indexes were of no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05). After the treatment, compared with the0day, there were significant different(P<0.05) in both groups of the scores of the four indicators.4. Record the scores of the change of the nail fold microcirculation comprehensive integration:before the treatment, the scores of the nail fold microcirculation comprehensive integration were of no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05). After the treatment, compared with the0day, there were significant different (P<0.05) in both groups of the scores of the indicators.Conclusion:The ginger moxibustion treatment of the cold coagulation and blood stasis type of PD is safe, effective and simple operation, which also is easy for patients to accept. And the curative effect is superior to the simple acupuncture treatment. The ginger moxibustion treatment has more obvious advantages in improving patients’ level of pain, dysmenorrhea symptoms, blood rheology and the microcirculation of the overall function. So it has a wide prospect of clinical application.
