| Objective:To observe the effect of Electroacupuncture on ApoE-/-mice Lee, s index, body fat ratio; effect of plasma TC, TG, HDL, LDL, ApoB content, and APOE-/-mice aortic sinus pathological changes. To investigate the mechanism of lipid regulating effects of electroacupuncture inhibition of AS lesion formation, and provide scientific basis for clinical acupuncture treatment of AS.Method:30cases of ApoE-/-were randomly divided into acupuncture group, drug group, model group. The model group0.1ml/lOg gavage daily double distilled water, and the next day on the self-made beam fixed on the mouse10min; drug simvastatin group:40mg/kg.d double distilled water intragastric gavage configuration, once a day, and every other day in the self-made beam is arranged on10min rats;Electro acupuncture group acupuncture "Neiguan", select "Shenmen","three","Sanyinjiao", local routine disinfection, Hans electroacupuncture instrument connected to output line after acupuncture, a group of mice "Neiguan","God", a group of "after three","Sanyinjiao", EA using density wave2/15Hz, current intensity is0.3mA, time10min each needle acupuncture, unilateral, around the turn of the treatment, treat every other day. A total of11weeks of treatment.Result:(1) after treatment were significantly reduced body weight (P<0.05), but between acupuncture group and drug group showed no significant difference (P>0.05), acupuncture group and drug group was decreased in APOE-/-mice weight.Comparison of body fat ratio and Lee’s index, compared with the model group, electro acupuncture group and medication group (P’0.05), there was significant difference. To compare the effects of electro acupuncture group and medicine group, P>0.05, no significant differences.(2) after the treatment results of ApoE-/-mice in different groups of plasma OX-LDL and ApoB content of group A showed OX-LDL and ApoB were significantly lower than that in M group, there was significant difference (P<0.05), which shows that acupuncture can significantly decrease the content of OX-LDL and ApoB.(3) the acupuncture treatment could protect the vascular intima, development inhibit plaque, good curative effect on drug therapy. First of all, after acupuncture treatment, part of the internal elastic fibers are retained, the elastic layer and smooth muscle cells to maintain blood vessel elasticity. Migration of smooth muscle cells is an important process in the development of atherosclerosis. In the F group internal elastic fiber is obviously less than group A, while group M internal elastic fiber disappeared. Secondly, after treatment in group A, the lipid plaque area less than M group and F group. Group A plaques mainly containing large amounts of foam cells, while M group and F group plaques mainly porridge like necrotic core and a large amount of cholesterol crystal.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture improves lipid metabolism in ApoE-/-mice body so as to protect the vascular intima, plaque inhibiting development role. The disorder of lipid metabolism which may be one of the mechanism of AS. |
