Through observe menstrual cycle and amount、the score of cervical mucus、BBT、levels of base sis steroid sex hormones and E2/LH of ovulatory period、monitoring ovulation and endometrial changes through transvaginal B-Determination, to look for the effect on Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture on treating ovulation disorders and the overlying effect on Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction. Observe its validity and the security, and to explore its possible mechanism, in order to explore a safe, non-invasive, effective and comfortable method for the treatment of ovulation disorders.MethodsIn this study, all patients with FM were divided into the Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatment、Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture treatment、Chinese decoction treatment and CC+HCG treatment randomly by respecting DME principles and methods via randomized controlled trials. To observe the targets and the clinical efficacy. The relevant data would be input SPSS17.0 to establish a database and be analyzed statistically.Result1. Rate of ovulation and pregnancy:the pregnancy rate of Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatment group is 44.44%; the pregnancy rate of Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture treatment group is 40.74%; the pregnancy rate of Chinese decoction treatment group is 36.67%; the pregnancy rate of CC+HCG treatment group is 30.00%. there was no significant difference (P>0.05) among these four groups.2. Rate of ovulation:the ovulation rate of Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatment group is 59.26%; the ovulation rate of Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture treatment group is 55.56%; the ovulation rate of Chinese decoction treatment group is 46.67%; the ovulation rate of CC+HCG treatment group is 53.33%. there was no significant difference (P>0.05) among these four groups.3. The total effective rate made by clinical symptom:Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatment group is 88.89%, Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture treatment group is 92.59% and Chinese decoction treatment group is 90.00%, which was higher than CC+HCG treatment group’s 56.67%, and there was significant difference (P<0.05) between them。There was no significant difference (P>0.05) among the rest of groups.4. The effect on improving symptoms of TCM and regulating menstruation: the scores of symptoms of TCM of Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatment group、Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture treatment group and Chinese decoction treatment group was higher than CC+HCG treatment group, there was significant difference(P<0.0125) between them; the scores of menstruation of Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatment group was higher than CC+HCG treatment group, there was significant difference (P<0.0125) between them.5. Levels of base sis steroid sex hormones and E2/LH of ovulatory period: The level of base LH of Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatment group were much lower than before, but it has no significant difference (P>0.05), its level of base T were much lower than before and E2/LH of ovulatory period were much higher while it has a significant difference(P <0.05). The level of base LH and T of Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture treatment group were much lower than before and E2/LH of ovulatory period were much higher while it has a significant difference (P<0.05). It has no significant difference (P >0.05) in the level of remaining hormones before and after treatment. The D-value of base T after Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatment or Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture treatment is higher than after CC+HCG treatment, it has a significant difference(P<0.05). The level of base E2 after Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatmentor Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture treatmentis lowerer than after Chinese decoction treatment, it has a significant difference(P<0.05). It has no significant difference (P>0.05) in the level of remaining hormones among four groups.6. Monitoring ovulation and endometrial receptivity through transvaginal B-Determination:The score of follicle diameter of Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatment group and Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture treatment group is higher than before, and it has a significant difference (P <0.05). It has no significant difference(P>0.05) in the level of the score of follicle diameter among four groups. The endometrial thickness and the sore of endometrial morphology of Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatment group and Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture treatment group are higher than before, and it has a significant difference (P< 0.05). The endometrial thickness after Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatment is higher than after CC+HCG treatment, it has a significant difference(P <0.0125).The sore of endometrial morphology after Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatmentand Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture treatmentis higher than after CC+HCG treatment, it has a significant difference(P< 0.0125).7. The score of cervical mucus and BBT:both the score of cervical mucus and BBT after Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction treatment and Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture treatment is higher than before, it has a significant difference (P<0.05). It has no significant di ff erence (P>0.05) among four groups.Conclusion1. Ventro-acupuncture of Bo-shi could be an effective therapeutics on treating ovulation disorders, the effective mechanism may be due to it can adjust endocrine、improve the level of the ovarian local micro-circulation and endometrial receptivity.2. The effect on Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture with Chinese decoction improving symptoms of TCM and regulating menstruation of patients with ovulation disorders is better than CC+HCG, equal with Bo-shi Ventro-acupuncture and probably better than Chinese decoction.3.
