Objective:Bronchial asthma, also known as asthma is an inflammation from a variety of cells and cell components eosinophils, mast cells, airway epithelial cells, T lymphocytes, neutrophils mediated chronic inflammatory respiratory airways diseases. Western medicine treatment of bronchial asthma and a lot of quick, good effect, such as drug therapy, non-drug therapy and gene therapy, but valuable part of the treatment. And under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory is thought overall concept and Differential Treatment of governance, with low prices, green and safe, easy advantages, especially acupuncture. At present, there are aspects about the treatment of bronchial asthma randomized controlled trials of acupuncture growing body of literature, then what kind of objective analysis and evaluation of the literature, the objective to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of bronchial asthma is particularly important. Therefore, the present study used methods of evidence-based medicine and science bibliometrics, comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the efficacy of acupuncture treatment of bronchial asthma clinical research progress and bibliometric case for other scholars as reference system. Methods This study literature through the use of systematic reviews and Meta-analysis of the clinical efficacy of acupuncture or moxibustion mainly bronchial asthma therapy qualitative and quantitative assessment and to arrive at the effectiveness of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of bronchial asthma, as provide clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of bronchial asthma, evidence of evidence-based medicine, in order to obtain better clinical services. Methods:Based unified search strategy, retrieval based acupuncture or moxibustion treatment of bronchial asthma clinical research literature, retrieved a total of 1799 documented, which CNKI487 articles, CBM674 articles, WF638 articles. We included all published in Chinese, and acupuncture or moxibustion as the main intervention randomized controlled trials. By reading the title, abstract, full text after the final included 55 main acupuncture or moxibustion treatment of bronchial asthma in randomized controlled trials, including 23 on moxibustion, about 32 acupuncture. All documents published timeframe 1994 Year-January 20,2016. Basic information of included studies with preset data extraction form extraction, of Bias tool for evaluating the risk of bias of included studies were evaluated according to Cochrane systematic reviews to recommended Risk, namely: ① what kind of random allocation method, the method is correct;② whether allocation concealment method is correct;③ whether blinded, to which the person has blinded;④ Have lost or quit; ⑤ the existence of selective outcome reporting;⑥ other bias. By the two investigators independently performed data extraction and quality assessment, and then cross-checked, if encountered disagreement can discuss or consult another researcher solved by both. Statistical methods RevMan5.3 treatment using statistical software provided by the Cochrane Collaboration Meta-analysis. Count data using relative odds ratio (Odd Ratio, OR) for the efficacy analysis statistics, measurement data using mean difference (Mean Difference, MD), if the unit of measurement is not at the same time using standardized mean difference SMD (standardized mean difference), each effect volume expressed as 95% CI. Each included heterogeneity between studies using x2 test, if there is statistical heterogeneity (P<0.1,I2> 50%), the analysis of heterogeneous sources. If there are obvious between research clinical heterogeneity, only be descriptive analysis. When necessary, the use of sensitivity analysis of the stability of the test results.Results:55 have been included in the literature, were used acupoints frequency of 358 times, involving the bladder full sun, hand lunar lung, Gallbladder by foot, foot Yangming stomach, kidney meridian, Pericardium by hand Yangming large intestine, spleen full moon, hand-Shaoyang triple burner, foot Jue Yin liver Meridian, Du, Ren and other 12 serious,58 serious acupoints and an Extraordinary points. According to the order from high to low, the statistics of the meridians most commonly used are:bladder full sun, Du, Ren, hand lunar lung and the like. Acupoints maximum frequency used were:Feishu, Ojo, Dingchuan, the smell of mutton, spleen, Shenshu, throttle, full three years, missing out and so on. Acupuncture or moxibustion group-based intervention in the treatment of bronchial asthma and improve lung function efficiently PEF, pulmonary function FEV1, lung function FEV1%, lung function FVC, lung function FEV1/FVC, symptom score, etc. the efficacy of the intervention group than the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. In terms of adverse effects, the frequency of acupuncture, moxibustion and conventional treatment adverse reactions are similar. But it is worth noting that poor acupuncture or moxibustion treatment of bronchial asthma mainly original experimental research overall design quality, there is a certain risk of bias. Conclusions:This review focuses on the clinical efficacy of acupuncture or moxibustion Treatment of bronchial asthma, the results showed that acupuncture or moxibustion has some efficacy in the treatment of bronchial asthma aspect, but also requires a combination of quality and reasonable interpretation of the evidence. In addition, the current study focused on treatment less in terms of safety, so future research should be focused on this aspect. Finally, the poor quality of randomized controlled trials of acupuncture treatment of bronchial asthma at this stage, can not provide high confidence that the results of future research needs in addition to further enhance the quality of clinical trials, but also need to improve the quality of reporting test results in order to better Analyzing the results of the authenticity and reliability.
