Theory Discussion And Clinical Research Of Syndrome Of The Asthma Caused By Cold-Phlegm And Fluid Retention In The Lung Treated By Xiao Qing Long Tang

The present thesis mainly divides into three parts as follows.First part: Theoretical discussion. Through thoroughly research about the summariesof asthma of massive ancient times literatures, and combining with the modern medicalresearches, mainly analyzes the source and course of asthma, the pathogenesis and therapyof the asthma caused by cold-phlegm and fluid accumulation in the lung.we consider that:the weakness of corporeity,the heredity, an inveterate disease are theintrinsic factors of its outbreak; six exterior pathogenic factors, phlegm and fluid and bloodstasis are the important conditions; dietetic intemperance, psychic obstacle are its exteriorinducements.But the initial pathological changes in asthma caused by cold-phlegm andfluid in the lung are affected by the wind and cold, phlegm and fluid accumulation in thelung; the key of pathological is cold-phlegm and fluid rentention in the lung.The functionsout of balance between the lung,spleen and kidney are its important pathogenesis whichcaused its outbreak repeatedly and difficult to recovery.According to the above reason, weput forward that the main therapy method should be warming lung and eliminate thecold-phlegm and fluid in the lung, and the main prescription is zhangzhongjing’s xiao qinglong tang add earthworm.Second part: Clinical research. Methods 50 patients were treated with xiao qing longtang add earthworm, with different concomitant symptoms add suitable drugs, a week is atreatment course, altogether observes two weeks. Results After treats 1 week, obviouslyeffective: 3 patients (6%); effective: 46 patients (93%); ineffective: 1 patients (2%); totaleffective power 98%. After treats 2 weeks, obviously effective: 38 patients (76%); better:12 patients (24%); total effective power 100%. Through clinic research, we find it caneffectively relieve cough, eliminate phlegm,improving the function of airway, etc. Thestatistic results indicated that the symptoms and clinical signs around the treatment have obvious difference after treats 2 weeks than 1 week besides the cough symptom. The resultsshows that xiao qing long tang add earthworm still permissible further to improve thesymptom and clinical sign, obtains a better curative effect. Goal: Through the thoroughresearch about correlation principle and prescription of the asthma caused by cold-phlegmand fluid accumulation in the lung and clinical observation of it treated by xiao qing longtang, hope to look for the effective prescriptions, provide the theoretic support and clinicalcurative effect foundation for the asthma.Third part: Literature summaries. Through sum up the research progress of asthmatreated by Chinese medicine, comprehensively understanding the modern research andtreatment tendency of asthma, providing important clue and information for studyingessential of its treatment, offering thoughts and bases for manufacturing new prescriptionsof this kinds.
