Research On The Protection Mechanisms And Their Realization Path Of Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Based On The Fusion Of Culture, Science And Technology

According to the protection of the intangible cultural heritage convention by UNESCO, the intangible cultural heritages are wisdom of human civilization by oral traditions, performing arts, folk activities, manual skills and etc. They constitute the cultural space in the form of national culture all over the world. In October 2003, the 32nd session of the UNESCO conference through the convention on the protection of intangible cultural heritage, explicitly proposed "the human intangible cultural heritage representative work list" and "urgently needs to protect the intangible cultural heritage list" for the construction of the rules. The series of UNESCO conferences pushed the governments paid more attention to protect national intangible cultural heritage in their counties. As one of the contracting parties, the Chinese government promised to protect and inherit the outstanding human culture. The government also promoted the sustainable development of human society from the aspects of social, economic and legal environment in China. So far, there were 217 projects in the human intangible cultural heritage representative work list from about 140 countries.27 projects from 16 countries were listed in the need to protect the intangible cultural heritage list. Among them,29 projects were listed as human intangible cultural heritage representative work list in China and 7 projects were listed as the need to protect the non-material cultural heritage list in China. Especially since the sixth plenary session of the 17th, the central committee of the CPC puts forward the integration of culture and science and technology strategy. The decision not only can promote the further development and research of intangible cultural heritage in China, but also can provide a good foundation to innovative research.The paper supports by archival theories and researches the intangible cultural heritage protection mechanisms and their realization path from the angle of integration of culture and science and technology. The solution result should provide decision reference to intangible cultural heritage for our country.In the aspect of theory research, the paper uses multidisciplinary theory and emerging technology, such as metadata technology, intangible cultural heritage mapping technology and etc. It establishes a protection mechanism model of intangible cultural heritage in the background of the integration of culture and science and technology. The new model includes driving mechanism, management mechanism, innovation mechanism and participation mechanism. It’s a important parts of the integration of culture and science and technology in our country, and promote the applicability and technological protection mechanisms of intangible cultural heritage in China.In the aspect of applied research, the paper researches a digital integration protection platform on the basis of digital intangible cultural heritage archives of China. In using of the platform, it can ensure the readability and compatibility by information mining and visualization protection to Chinese intangible cultural heritage.The paper consists of four parts, which includes introduction, body, concussion and acknowledgement. The introduction includes the study origin, research design, research significance and research process. The literature review includes the domestic and overseas related research progress and technical development.There are 6 chapters in the body part:Chapter 1:The definition of heritage protection mechanism. The chapter analyses cases, such as the ECHO program of European Union, the LAC program of Canada, the digital records project of intangible cultural heritage at Korea and the cultural information resources sharing project in China. The case analysis and conclusion should provide important reference to the paper research.Chapter4:The construction of the intangible cultural heritage protection mechanism of our country with the Integration of culture and science and technology. The chapter researches the influential factors, the construction principles, the construction method, the model of protection-driven mechanism, which bases on the emerging technology and mechanism method at home and abroad.Chapter 5:The realization of the intangible cultural heritage protection mechanism of our country with the Integration of culture and science and technology.
