| In 1949, the People’s Republic of China and Mongolia established diplomatic relations and from since the communication of the two countries developed very rapidly in the fields of economy, culture and technology. Since 1955, Mongolia began to carry on large-scale infrastructure construction, so thousands of Chinese workers from the People’s Republic of China went to Mongolia for the aid to Mongolia construction.On August 29th of 1956, the negotiation was approved on aids of economy and technology for Mongolia from the People’s Republic of China. As a result of it, the irreclaimable finance aid of 160000000 Russian rubles and implemented effective projects to build factories, heating station, agriculture, watering system, road, bridge and apartments. Furthermore in 1958 this contract was renewed and thousands of Chinese workers played a big role for the implementations of those constructive projects. Therefore the period of 1949 to 1964 had a special place in the relation between Mongolia and the People’s Republic of China. In this paper, the author made a research on the historic event of the Aid to Mongolia construction and tried to show the whole picture of it.This paper consists of four chapters. In the first chapter of this research work, the further development of peaceful and equal right relationship between Mongolia and the People’s Republic of China was explained and the process of Mongolia had received the workers from the People’s Republic of China and about the providence of flats and winter clothes for them was searched out as well. In the 2nd chapter, it talks about the successes of those workers from the People’s Republic of China in many fields of constructing as well as about their advantages and disadvantages which they overcame meanwhile they were working in varietykind of factors. In the third chapter, it is mainly about how Mongolia received the family members of those workers from the People’s Republic of China and provided the related works for them. Also it talks about the returning of them to their country in 1964 which is caused by the worsening of the relationship between the People’s Republic of China and The Soviet Union. |
