Research On The Social Effect Of Soft Power Of Culture In Contemporary China

Cultural soft power is an important source of national cohesion and creativity and it is an important factor in the country’s core competitiveness. The basic context of contemporary Chinese cultural soft power construction is researched by objective standardized method for the basic status of the construction of contemporary Chinese cultural soft power. China’s cultural soft power resource endowments and construction achievements are researched and the constraints of cultural soft power are discussed. The comprehensive social effects are researched by the method of dialectical materialism with spiritual inspiration, the combined effect of community social cohesion, market appeal, influence thinking and mental driving force for the social effects of contemporary Chinese cultural soft power. The specific implementation path of contemporary cultural soft power construction in China is discussed for the realization path of contemporary Chinese cultural soft power construction. There are five aspects of the problem which have been solved in this article.(1) The history of cultural soft power building is divided into embryonic stage, exploratory stage, stage of development and improvement phase. As China continues to advance the practice of socialism, as well as the party and the country’s awareness of deepening cultural soft power, some theoryies have been gradually developed such as “Letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend” cultural policy of socialist spiritual civilization theory, the theory of socialist advanced culture and cultural soft power. Cultural soft power is the innovation in the theory of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. In practice, it is the innovative discourse. also reflects the objective nature and the basic requirements of a variety of socio-economic relations.(2) The key issues of contemporary Chinese cultural soft power construction are discussed by the method of combining historical investigation and logical analysis, and combining historical materialism and dialectical materialism. Contemporary principles and direction of China’s cultural soft power building are analyzed by comparative analysis of soft power and cultural soft power, social values and socialist core values, and Chinese and Western cultural values and cultural values(3) The key issues of contemporary Chinese cultural soft power are how to interpret the core essence of the value of Chinese traditional culture of moderation, rationality, justice, patience, order, etc. Contemporary Chinese cultural soft power building strategies should be adapted to the needs of the country. Chinese traditional culture is the sum of the traditional Chinese morality, national spirit, national pride, national feelings, and ethnic etiquette. It needs to consolidate and expand the national socialist core value of identity and influence by constucting the socialist core value system to improve China’s cultural soft power.(4) Contemporary social effects of the construction of China’s cultural soft power are studied. Value recognition effect, resource gathering effect, synergistic effects of innovation, brand communication effects and moral education system effects of cultural soft power building are discussed. Value recognition effect is the core of building cultural soft power. Resource combined effect of is the mode of constructing cultural soft power. Collaborative innovation effect is the platform of building cultural soft power. Effect of moral education is the goal of building cultural soft power. These social effects are interrelating, interconnecting, and they constitute a dialectical unity organic whole.(5) Concrete realization of the path of contemporary Chinese cultural soft power construction is proposed. The path of contemporary Chinese cultural soft power construction is proposed, including carrying forward the essence of traditional Chinese culture, focusing on human resource development, deep reform of cultural system, strengthening governance capacity building, implement of cultural and technological innovation, promotion the core values of identity by systemic studying the basic context, social status and social effects of contemporary Chinese cultural soft power.
