Expression Profiles Of The LH/hCG-R In Adrenal Tumors

Objectives:1、To research and analyze different expression levels os LH/hCG-R in different adrenocortical neoplasm.2、To deeply research the similarity,difference and relation between cushing syndrome and AIMAH.Methods:1、Research LH/hCG receptor expression in different AN tissues through Polymer immunohistochemical staining.2、Detect the expression of LH/hCG receptor mRNA in different AN tissues through fuorescent real-time quantitative PCR method, compare the different expression of LH/hCG receptor mRNAindifferenttissues, and make correlation analysis on LH/hCG receptor expression in AN.Results:1、LH/hCG receptor expression was62.38±15.67/100cells,54.27±8.39/100cells,69.33±4.16/100cells,33.03±7.16/100cells,72.20±17.41/100cells,12.39±3.80/100cells in CPA,sub-CPA,NFA,APA,AIMAH,PHEO.2、LH/hCG receptor expression is significantly different between APA and others (P<0.01)3、LH/hCG receptor expression is significantly different between PHEO and others.(P<0.01).4、LH/hCG receptor expression is different between NFA and sub-CPA (P<0.01).5、LH/hCG receptor expression was not differert in CPA、Sub-CPA、AIMAH.6、LH/hCG receptor expression in APA was significantly lower than CPA、 Sub-CPA、NFA and AIMAH.7、LH/hCG receptor expression in PHEO was significantly lower than CPA、 Sub-CPA、NFA、APA and AIMAH.8、LH/hCG mRNA ratio was3.36±1.23,1.74±1.04,1.60±0.76and0.42±0.34in CPA、Sub-CPA、APA and AIMAH.Conclusions:1、LH/hCG-R and LH/hCG-R mRNA are significantly expression in cushing’s syndrome. LH/hCG-R expression is not different between the groups in the cushing’s syndrome.As another receptor on adrenal cortex, it’s abnormally expression may arouse cushing’s syndrome.2、LH/hCG-R and LH/hCG-R mRNA are expressed in APA. Its abnormally expression may cause APA.3、LH/hCG-R is not expressed in PHEO. LH/hCG-R mRNA may not participate in the occurrence and progress of PHEO.
