This paper takes the after80netizens that grow up during the transition period and the network culture as the research objects. It pays attention to their special background and both conservative and open growing reality to look at their subject identity in the network communication. The main task is to discuss the relationship between network culture and traditional culture, and the relationship between the after80netizens and the network culture.Key word1:change. On one hand, as the after80netizens, they have various literature phenomenons and cultural phenomenons which make them form network lifestyle and have changing culture psychology. The author’s opinions are:blog private journal for communication purpose even utilitarian purpose will show after80’s private life in public space unimpededly which lead them to be open display communicators instead of traditional intrapersonal audience; Podcast video around the visual image creates the entertainment landscape and wonders of the physical consumption for after80netizens; Kuso which is surrounded by after80netizens developes into a group of mob from the edges to the mainstream. The changes of the lifestyle are:a single to diversity, an extension of the time and space, the game of the virtual and reality, the game of the mainstream and the chancellery, and the regional to global expansion. The culture psychology changes are:"ego" and "I" rise in the sense of self, the persuit of difference rises, generalization aesthetic and entertainment become the dominant publicaesthetic tastes. On the other hand, as the network culture, it also faces the turning of the world culture which turns from the modern to the postmodern, from the rational to the emotional, from elite culture to popular culture, from language to image.Key word2:identity."Identity" includes two aspects, the identification of the identity and the differences of the identity. Network culture identifies with traditional culture on harmony, quiescence and love. The traditional culture absorbs the good elements to develop itself on literature, media, and in the way of life and so on. For after80netizens, they accept the traditional social background on one hand, and they also change their mind to adopt the changing reality on the other hand, which makes them have special political psychology, cultural mentality and economic mood.Key word3:alienation. The main task of this paper is to find out the alienated relationship between network culture and traditional culture and to reveal the essence of the after80’s alienation. It thinks, by the influence of the popular culture’s turning, the network culture becomes popularized, esthetic in daily life and full of consumerization. The alienation performance is reflected in the material level, the institutional level and spiritual level of the network culture. For after80netizens, they have also been alienated.Although compared with the predecessors and themselves before they have developed in some ways, they have a fatal weakness during the culture communication. Firstly, globalization provides a conflict cultural context which makes people cannot broadcast and communicate smoothly. Secondly, the ideology criticism method which after80netizens used is based on the postmodern communication and leads to ideologies of machine dominance. Thirdly, the juvenile "sub-culture" phenomenon which after80netizens belongs is just a ritual of resistance. The after-80netizens are lost. Their moral collapsed. Their subject disappeared. Technology instead of netizens becomes the subject of the network.At last, there are two suggestions to solve the alienation. Firstly, we must set up the traditional cultural as center of whole culture and make different culture develop harmoniously. Secondly, we must urgently straighten the relationship between after80netizens and network. Here’re some advices:to establish the subject status of the after80netizens, to contribute to the generation of intersubjectivity, to rebuild morality and belief, and to improve media literacy and media critical capacity.
