By using the research methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics to discuss the relationship between social network, interaction process and performance of high level youth men’s basketball team in China. That means what kind of process and outcome will derive from the different social network and what sort of outcome will come from the different interaction process in basketball team. There are two focuses need to be solved in the process of practical research. The first one is the development of the related scales. It provides the effective tools of measurement for further research. The second one is to explore the intrinsic relations between social network, interaction process and performance of the team though the related hypothesis. And also use the relevant theories to analysis deeply about its mechanism of action. To search for the ideas and ways of promoting the performance of high level youth men’s basketball team in China from the new angle of view. And enrich the management theory, so that can provide the theory evidence for construction and development of high level youth men’s basketball team. Main research conclusions are as follows.1. The scale of team trust contains2dimensions, cognition-based trust and affection-based trust.9items are included. The scale of team conflict includes2dimensions, relation conflict and task conflict.11items are included. The scale of team task performance includes2dimensions, personal performance and team performance.6items are included. The scale of team contextual performance contains4dimensions, team identification, altruism, responsibility and interpersonal harmony.13items are included. The reliability and validity of4set of scales are meet the requirement of standard measurement of psychology.2. In the social network index of high level youth men’s basketball team, the team group centrality affects little to the team trust and team conflict. But with the development of the social network density, the sense of trust in team will enhance. And it also reduces the conflict between the team members. At the meantime, the bigger degree of team faction, which means the increase of small group of players outside the team, will harm the trust between the team members. On the contrary, it will increase the conflict between the small group and outside group, and lead the bad results for the team.3. In the social network index of high level youth men’s basketball team, the high social work density team owns the better task and contextual performance. But the high team centrality has the bad impact on contextual performance. At the same time, the broken degree, which caused by team faction also do harm for the improvement of team task and contextual performance.4. The team trust helps the improvement of team task and contextual performance. And the team conflict is the sever barrier to team task and contextual performance. Team contextual performance has a positive effect for the improvement of team task performance. Team trust and conflict make an impact to team task performance via team contextual performance.
