We investigate the production of ?++cccand ?+ccbaryon in Heavy Ion Collisions.Firstly,in the framework of potential model,we solve the three-quark bound state Schroedinger equation via hypersphercial method and obtain the wave function, mass and melting temperature of ?++ccc. For ?+ccin which a light quark involves,we expand its wave function by hypershperical-harmonics and do relativistic correction to its mass and wave function.Secondly, based on the solved multi-charmed baryons ground state wave functions,we calculate their corresponding Wigner functions and parameterize them, using which we calculate the production and transverse momentum distribution via quark coalescence model. In terms of methodology,we solve the evolution equation of three-quark bound state to get the wave function as input to obtain the Wigner function, compared with the traditional method, our approach is more natural way that no need to infer any parameters from the experiment data.We find that in A + A collisions, the produce cross section of both ?++cccand ?+ccare much larger than it of p + p collisions by at least two and one magnitude. This implies that we could be possible observe ?++cccand ?+cc(particular ?+cc)in the future heavy-ion A + A collision experiments. If observed, the multi-charmed baryons are not only a new member of charmed baryon family which has been predicted by the quark model, but also a clean and unique signal probe of QGP formation.
