ASP flooding technology has been an important measure to enhance oil recovery of Daqing oilfield.The displacement system composed of polymer,strong base and surfactant makes it difficult to dispose the recovery liquid.The problems of ASP were such as serious scaling,serious oil-water emulsion,difficult to separate which made the quality of exported sewage and oil overproof.Therefor,kinds of chemicals were injected in the lifting and surface system.As a result of the diversification of varieties,high dosage,properties complex of chemicals,researches on the interaction and general effects of chemicals is absence.Recovery liquid of ASP flooding and chemical agents in application were used as research object in this paper.The composition of demulsification agents,scale inhibitor,defoamer,flocculant and sedimentary resistance agents was analyzed.The performance of every agent was also researched.After compatibility experiments,the compatibility regulation and influencing factors between different agents were obtained.After analyzing the interaction mechanism,the effect of agents influenced by injection methods,environment and type was proposed.Analysis of composition and chemical structure of additive chemicals used in recovery liquid processing system in ASP flooding.The main composition of demulsification agent is polyoxyethylene alkyl phenol formaldehyde resin.The main composition of defoamer is organic fluoride grafted polymers.The scale inhibitor is maleic anhydride copolymer with acrylic acid.The sedimentary resistance agent is acryate,methacrylic and maleic anhydride with phosphate and benzene sulfonic acid.The main composition of flocculant is aluminium polychiorid.Performance analysis and evaluation of agents.Single factor experiment method was used to analyze and evaluate the performance of scale inhibitor,defoamer and demulsification agent on the condition of different temperature,dosage,pH of recovery liquid,concentration of surfactant and polymer.The best using conditions and using effects of each agent was achieved.Evaluation of compatibility properties and analysis of interaction mechanism of every chemicals.After evaluation the compatibility of demulsifier,defoamer,scale inhibitor,sedimentary resistance agent and flocculant,the influencing factor were found out when using the oilfield chemicals.The results will guide applying the additives properly and avoid the side effect of some additive agents.The influences of chemicals performance after mixing the produced liquid from ASP,water and polymer flooding.After investigating the processing effects of the chemicals used in ASP,water and polymer flooding,the mixing ratio and types of produced liquid which suited the chemicals were comfirmed.The mechanism of action was also analyed.Research on the processing effects to the ageing oil using ASP flooding chemicals.Indoor research devices were making to simulate the field conditions.Mixing the chemicals and ageing oil to exam the infuence of electric dehydration by dehydration field strength,dehydration temperature,demulsifier,water,iron ions,polymer,surfactant and the base.The infuences of processing ageing oil by additives were confirmed.
