| Perfluorooctane sulphonate(PFOS)and perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)are the most typical Perfluoroalkyl compounds(PFCs),which are a class of newly sythesized persistent organic pollutants with broad application.Owing to their high thermal and chemical stability,widespread use and toxicity,PFOS and PFOA bring risks and hidden danger to the health of consumers and the quality safety of agricultural products.Existing research achievements show that fish is the main exposed food source of perfluorinated compounds(PFCs)for human to take in.The PFCs in fish derive from water environment.China is large in the production and use of PFOS and PFOA.Systematical monitoring has not been implemented on the pollution level of water environment and aquatic products.Relevant research on their distribution,bioaccumulation and elimination in aquatic products is in its initial period.Large research potential exists.Apart from that,the basic data needed for carrying out the assessment on food safety and risks is in extreme deficiency.Therefore,this paper conductd reasearch regarding occurrence and bioconcentration of PFOS and PFOA in cultured Trachinotus ovatus in China.The main contents and results of this paper were as followed.In order to master the distribution features and the law of concentration and elimination of PFOS and PFOA in Trachinotus ovatus,semi-static two-box model is applied to simulate the indoor test on the biological concentration and elimination of PFOS and PFOA in mixed exposure condition.Through non-linear fitting on the content of PFOS in musscle,liver,kidney and blood tissues of Trachinotus ovatus,biological concentration constant,elimination constant,biological concentration factor and other kinetic parameters can be got.As for the PFOS concentration ability of Trachinotus ovatus,high-concentrationgroup:kidney>liver>blood>muscleandlow-concentrationgroup:blood>kidney>liver>muscle;as for the PFOA concentration ability of Trachinotus ovatus:blood>kidney>liver>muscle.Research result in his paper is similar to domestic and foreign relevant research results:the concentration ability of internal organs of fish is higher than that of the edible parts such as muscle.Comparing with terrestrial organisms,the PFOS concentration ability of aquatic organisms is much stronger.Concentration coefficient is even in hundreds of times.The kinetic parameters of PFOS bioconcentration in the muscle,liver,kidney and blood of Trachinotus ovatus have the following features:Comparing with low-concentration water,k1(the PFOS absorption speed constant of the four parts of fish)is smaller than that in high-concentration water;in other words,the PFOS concentration in fish is faster in low-concentration water.Comparing with low-concentration water,k2(the PFOS elimination speed constant of fish)is larger than that in high-concentration water;in other words,the PFOS elimination speed is lower in high-concentration water.Comparing with low-concentration water,the BCF value of fish to PFOS is smaller in high-concentration water;in other words,the PFOS concentration ability of fish is stronger in low-concentration water.In test of goodness of fit,goodness of fit is good.Two-box kinetic model is applicable to simulating the features of PFOS concentration of the tissues of Trachinotus ovatus.With the research object of Trachinotus ovatus,this paper comprehensively and systematically surveys and analyzes the pollution of the new persistent organic pollutants PFOS and PFOA in Trachinotus ovatus of the main producing areas of our country.In the main producing areas of Trachinotus ovatus in our country,PFOS pollution exists widely.The detectable rate of PFOS and PFOA are 92%and 3%,respectively.Their average content are 0.392μg/kg wet weight and 0.015μg/kg wet weight,respectively.In the main producing areas of trachinotus blochii in our country,the exposure level of PFOS and PFOA in 2014 is significantly different from that in 2015.In the later year,PFOA pollution significantly decreased but PFOS pollution significantly increased.It is speculated that content of pollutants in the same water had changed.It indicates aquaculture mode is a factor which influences the PFCs concentration in fish.Concrete relevance needs to be further researched.Besides,this paper analyzes the relevance between the PFCs content in fish and the authentication and aquaculture scale of aquaculture enterprises.Analysis result shows that the pollution-free authentication and aquaculture scale of aquaculture enterprises do not significantly influence the PFCs content in fish.On the basis of above research data,the dietary intake and hazrad were assessed.The average daily intake of urban citizens of the whole country is 0.268ng/kg bw/d(PFOS)and 0.014 ng/kg bw/d(PFOA),respectively.The average daily intake of each coastal resident of Guangdong is 0.836 ng/kg bw/d(PFOS)and 0.044 ng/kg bw/d(PFOA),respectively.The average daily intake of each urban resident of Guangdong is 0.390 ng/kg bw/d(PFOS)and 0.021 ng/kg bw/d(PFOA),respectively.As for urban residents of China,the HR value of PFOS and PFOA is 0.0008 and 0.0006,respectively.As for the urban residents of Guangdong,the HR value of PFOS and PFOA is 0.0012 and 0.0008,respectively.As for the coastal residents of Guangdong who eat most marine products,the HR value of PFOS and PFOA is 0.033 and 0.0001,respectively.HR value of PFOS and PFOA are much smaller than 1,which indicates the PFOS and PFOA food exposure risk caused by Trachinotus ovatus aquaculture is very low.They will not have harmful effect to people’s health. |
