Clinical Study On Treatment Of Breast Cancer With Perimenopausal Syndrome By Method Of Soothing Liver And Tonifying Kidney

Objective1.To observe the changes of serum sex hormone levels,T cell subsets,Kupperman scores,KPS,and TCM syndromes before and after treatment in two groups of breast cancer patients with perimenopausal syndrome.To investigate the effect of Guilingtiaojing Decoction on some representative cytokines in the pathogenesis of breast cancer with perimenopausal syndrome.To reveal the pathogenesis and related regulatory effects of sex hormone levels and T cell subsets imbalance in the pathogenesis of breast cancer with perimenopausal syndrome.To evaluate comprehensivly and objectivly the effect and clinical efficacy of two groups on the treatment of breast cancer with perimenopausal syndrome.2.To reveal Guilingtiaojing Decoction,which is a TCM prescription with the function of soothing liver and tonifying kidney,may improve patient-related symptoms through regulating related factors in the treatment of breast cancer with perimenopausal syndrome and to reveal the security and effectiveness of Guilingtiaojing Decoction.In order to provide theoretical and data basis for prediction and target therapy of breast cancer with perimenopausal syndrome,on the basis of the ancient side,to explore new treatment ideas of breast cancer with perimenopausal syndrome from the perspective of the multi-directional,multi-target and the overall adjustment,and to provide a new perspective for clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodsA total of 80 breast cancer with perimenopausal syndrome patients,which conformed the conditions of Liver Stagnation with Kidney Defficiency Type in Chinese medicine syndrome and were admitted in Inpatient department of the Department of Oncology,Zhengzhou Cancer Hospital from April 2016 to February 2017,were selected as study objects and randomly divided into two groups by Random Number Table,treatment group(40 cases),control group(40 cases).On the basis of the symptomatic treatment with conventional oryzanol,vitamin B1 for control group,treatment group was added with oral Guilingtiaojing Decoction.To observe the changes of sex hormones,T cell subsets,Kupperman scores,KPS and TCM syndromes of two groups before and after treatment.So as to evaluate comprehensivly the clinical efficacy of Guilingtiaojing Decoction on the treatment of breast cancer with perimenopausal syndrome patients of Liver Stagnation with Kidney Defficiency Type and to reveal the mechanism of Guilin Tiaojing Decoction adjusting related factors and to provide theoretical basis for further clinical research of Chinese and Western medicine.ResultsThere are somen extent changes of sex hormones,T cell subsets,Kupperman scores,KPS and TCM syndromes scores in each group and between two groups before and after treatment.Sex hormones,T cell subsets,Kupperman scores,KPS and TCM syndromes scores of patients changed significantly in the treatment group and the conptrol group after treatment compared with before treatment and both were statistically significant(P<0.01).Sex hormones,T cell subsets,Kupperman scores,KPS and TCM syndromes scores of patients changed higher in the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group,there was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was tested by two independent samples t test obtaining(P<0.01)and indicating that the diference of sex hormones,T cell subsets,Kupperman scores,KPS and TCM syndromes scores between the two groups was statistically significant before and after treatment.Conclusion1.Treatment of two groups both can change sex hormones,T cell subsets,Kupperman scores,KPS and TCM syndromes scores and can improve related symptoms.There was a significant difference in the scores and the improvement of symptom between the two groups,and comparison is statistically significant2.Guilingtiaojing Decoction can regulate the sex hormones imbalance,promote the regulation of hormone levels,enhance immunity,reduce the side effects of western medicine,improve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients of breast cancer with perimenopausal syndrome of Liver Stagnation with Kidney Defficiency Type,especially,it was significantly higher than control group in the relief of hot flashes night sweats,insomnia,fatigue,fatigue,anxiety and other aspects.
