Study On The Regularity Of Syndrome Differentiation Of Zang-fu Viscera For Treatment Of Sj(?)gren’s Syndrome Based On The Relevant Rule And Analytical Technique Of FP-growth

Objective:The author summarizes the clinical experiences of modern doctors and advisor through the understanding of the etiological factors and pathogenesis of Sj?gren’s syndrome(SS)by ancient and modern physicians in this study.The differences among those are further analyzed,in order to dig out the rule of clinical treatment SS of Professor Wang Yue and obey his curing experience to guide the clinical in the future.Methods:The literature of domestic and foreign on the etiological factors and pathogenesis of SS was systematically retrieved and concluded.From the theoretical perspective,the SS and Zao-Bi syndrome were sorted out.Several aspects containing the understanding of SS based on the western medicine,ancient Chinese medicine books and special types of Zao-Bi syndrome were explained.The pathogenesis of Zao-Bi syndrome was also discussed from the fluids of Qi and blood,determination of pathogenesis and internal organs based on differentiation.The literature published from 1978 to present on the treatment of SS with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)was retrieved from the data knowledge platforms including China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang database.A total of 113 articles and 141 prescriptions were collected and then established as a database concerning modern medical prescription for SS.The prescriptions of the instructor were directly collected from the outpatient service of the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.From September 2011 to September 2016,a total of 1008 cases were analyzed by using the mining system of TCM pulse records existed in the Cang-Gong case records of Medcase V3.2 software.The regional and general data processing platform in the mining system of data record of Medcase V3.2 was performed for data analysis in this study.The Medcase Record Mining Expand System(MRMES)includes data multiprocessing platform,data analysis platform,and data visualization platform.The core algorithm of the association rule analysis platform(ARAP)is FP-Growth.In this study,the professional database of secondary disease via multiprocessing was first imported into ARAP of MRMES.To construct and enhance the data mining model of association rule,the algorithm of FP-Growth was carried out.The Xminer Operation Tool was then used to excavate and analyze the research data.To dig out the basic rule and the compatibility of medicine for SS treatment of modern physicians and advisor,the data of quantitative trend were performed using Medcase Chart for deconstruction analysis and graphical expression.Results:From the theoretical perspective,the understanding of modern physicians for SS was described.Clinical studies showed that the regularity of SS treatment in modern physicians was consistent with theoretical findings.The high frequency medicines included raw rehmannia,Ophiopogon japonicas,raw licorice,Dendrobium nobile,Scrophularia ningpoensis,Paeonia lactiflora,Angelica sinensis,and Adenophora stricta.The major methods of treatment were supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,detoxification and moistening dryness,nourishing the kidney and the liver,as well as nourishing Yin and promoting salivation.The Qinling mountain-the Huaihe river as the boundary,the northern doctors often employed the medicine material of nourishing Yin and moistening dryness,whereas those of strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness were more emphasized in the south of China.Based on the medication regularity of channel tropism of four natures and five flavors,this result showed that the highest frequency drugs used by modern doctors were to repair emptiness,followed by cleaning heat.Most of those belonged to slightly cold,flat,and cold-based,whereas some drugs were toxic.The flavor of the drug was mainly sweet-cold and nourishing Yin.The channel tropism belonged to the lung,stomach,and kidney channel.According to the statistics of case records by tutor’s SS treatment,the symptoms mainly comprised dry mouth,arthralgia,dry eye,weakness,and bad sleep.Most of the tongue coats were thin white tongue fur as well as red tongue and fine pulse.The high frequency medicines consisted of raw rehmannia,Paeonia lactiflora,roast licorice,Ophiopogon japonicas,Dendrobium nobile,raw radix astragali,honeysuckle and so on.The use of medicines mainly included repairing emptiness and cleaning heat.The drugs of slightly cold and/or neutral nature were often employed.It was similar to the medicine regularity of sweet-cold and nourishing Yin by modern physicians.On the channel tropism,the liver channel was the most.Besides,the channels of lung,spleen,stomach,heart,and kidney were more distribution.Conclusions:1.The Sj?gren’s syndrome attributes to the scope of Zao-Bi syndrome.The modern doctors often cure it to use the method of syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera including qi-blood and body fluid,lung,spleen,kidney and so on.2.The Qinling mountain-the Huaihe river as the boundary,the southern and northern doctors have basically held the identical views containing the treatment and medication.The northern doctors often employ the medicine material of nourishing Yin and moistening dryness,whereas those of strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness were more emphasized in the south of China.3.Advisor comprehensively and systematically remedies the Sj?gren’s syndrome by using the method of syndrome differentiation from multiple viscera.The characteristic of medication is the first use of raw rehmannia to nourish Yin and produce liquid.The secondary use is Paeonia lactiflora and roast licorice to sour sweet and form Yin.The medicines of Ophiopogon japonicas and Dendrobium nobile are used to nourish Yin and moisten lung.To benefit qi and strengthen spleen,the drug of radix astragali is more employed.Finally,the material of honeysuckle is often used for cleaning heat and detoxification.
