Research On The Construction Of Chinese Modern Happiness Enterprises From The Perspective Of Marx's View Of Happiness

Any member of a group or organization in human society is striving for a social happiness.Modern enterprise,as important social organizations and basic units for carrying on the happiness of thousands of employees,whose primary responsibility is to create happiness of organization members,which is also an inevitable demand for its long-term development.Today,Chinese enterprises are confronting with unprecedented opportunity and challenge in a constantly changing domestic and international situation,the management logic,aiming at maximizing benefits while ignoring employee's value,has already gone against its survival and development in new strategic environment.Enterprises can't win the further development unless pay attention to people's happiness,maximize this happiness and finally to promote the benefits' Maximization.What's more,in modern society,carrying forward humanity,respecting people's value and realizing their happiness have become a main trend in today's society,which requires the Chinese modern enterprises to conform to the trend to build happy enterprises,which is conducive to the common development of the members,enterprises and society.Modern happy enterprise consists of happy peoples,which are committed to creating happiness for all members of the organization.The organization ought to form a common values which is based on scientific theory to guide member's pursuit of happiness,although every member is different from the requirements of happiness.Therefore,construction of a happy enterprise needs the guidance of scientific theory.Marx's Views of Happiness,from the perspective of historical materialism,analyzes the happiness of human society,discusses the intrinsic link between human development and human happiness,the dialectical relationship between human happiness and practical activities,grasps a clear theoretical logic framework that includes subject,practice and aim provisions of the happiness.Marx's Views of Happiness aims to help people gain free and comprehensive development,achieve happiness in the way of practice.Therefore,Marx's View of Happiness is a scientific concept of happiness,it can not only help members of enterprises to achieve happiness,but also to guide the long-term development of enterprises.Based on the above understanding,this paper based on the present situation of the reform and development of Chinese modern enterprises,takes Marx's Views of Happiness as a theoretical support,looks into the problem of people's happiness in modern enterprise,attempts to establish a logic framework of happy enterprise,which shows a feasible way for practical construction of Modern Happy Enterprise in China.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter,Analysis of Necessity for Constructing Modern Happy Enterprise in China.This chapter,based on internal and external situation changes of Chinese modern enterprise,discusses a necessity for setting up happy enterprise.This article discusses the necessity from three aspects.Firstly,this chapter investigates the thought of happiness in eastern and Western culture,discusses the historical responsibility for Chinese modern enterprise to inherit the theme of happiness in human society.Secondly,the chapter discusses that the social responsibility of Chinese moden enterprise and the new strategic circumstances demand the construction of modern happy enterprise.Finally,the chapter discusses that construction of modern happy enterprise is not only the necessity for sustainable development of enterprise,but also the necessity for advancing a sustainable development of human society.The second chapter,Theoretical Support for the Construction of Modern Happy Enterprise in China.Firstly,the chapter explores systematic construction of Marx's Views of Happiness,and investigates its origin through understanding main stream of happiness in western philosophy.The chapter also lists realistic basis of the views by investigating Marx's criticism on Hegel and Feuerbach's Happiness views,thus mastering the construction of Marx's Views of Happiness.Marx's Views of Happiness aims at guide people to gain free and comprehensive development and achieve happiness in the way of practice.Therefore,the chapter demonstrates Marx's Views of Happiness from three aspects,which are subject provision,practice provision and target provision,discusses the intrinsic link between human development and human happiness,the dialectical relationship between human happiness and practical activities,grasps a clear theoretical logic framework of Marx's Views of Happiness.The third chapter,Investigation on Crisis of Happiness in Chinese modern enterprise.This chapter From Marx's Views of Happiness to analyze the crisis of of Happiness in Chinese modern enterprise,aiming at removing obstacles to the construction of Modern Happy Enterprise in China.The chapter explores a series of crises of happiness in modern enterprise,and diagnoses four kinds of symptoms of the crisis,they are an unbalance between material and spiritual happiness,a contradiction between individual and social happiness,a separated happiness between process and consequence,and a crisis that morality deviates from happiness above on the symptoms,the chapter also analyze the origins of crisis of happiness,clearly pointed that the capital logic,the alienated consumption and ethical crisis in a period of social transition are the deep-seated causes of the crisis.The forth chapter,Logic Framework for Modern Happy Enterprise in China.The first three chapters fully grasp theoretical basis and realistic reference for constructing modern happy enterprise,and this chapter attempts to construct a logic framework for this process.Defined by Marx's View of Happiness,Chinese Modern Happy Enterprise should be equipped with three factors,they are the assumption of happy people,interaction mechanism of happiness management,the happy goal of organization.Centered on the three factors this paper draws a practical model of Modern Happy Enterprise in China.The fifth chapter,Realistic Construction of Modern Happy Enterprise in China.On the basis of a research on the logic framework of Chinese modern happy enterprise,this chapter explores the construction principles and paths,and establishes an evaluation system for the happy enterprise in order to make this construction come true.At the last section of this paper,the author discusses the practical significance of the construction,which illustrates an importance that the construction influences development of enterprise,society and nation by promoting the sustainable development of enterprises,practicing "Chinese Dream" and helping to comprehensively construct a moderately prosperous society.
