Because the Maokou formation well drilled in 1970?1990s,so there is less well information.By checking the logging data,we think that the reservoir of Maokou has the same feature which has the fracture development, just like mud loss and drill loss. All of these proved that the Maokou reservoir has the important relationship with the fracture development. So what kind of reflection characteristic belongs to fracture in seismic line?Where does the fracture development in the research map?On the other hand, what is main controlling factor of the fracture? And what is the relationship between the fracture and the gas bearing?Under these questions guiding, this article named with reservoir and hydrocarbon prediction of Maokou formation in datachang structure in South of Sichuan. In this article,we collect the well information, read much previous study and research, and we form a set of technique series which can effectively solve the problem of marine carbonate rock.At last,we get some technological achievements as follows:(1)Using the advanced wavelet correlation technology,we can get high correlation coefficient, and also lay the foundation of the reservoir prediction and horizon interpretation;(2)By contrasting with line interpretation and Coherent detection technology,we can get the more corrected result of the faults;(3)According to the data collecting situation,we do the forward simulation based on the theory of wave equation.By setting up different cave and fracture models,we summarize the seismic reflecting features of cave and fracture. And also we combine with the seismic reflecting features of the drilled wells to guide the next reservoir prediction;(4)On the basis of the forward simulation, and thinking of the strong heterogeneity characteristic of marine carbonate rock,we do the reservoir prediction with the fractal modeling method which overcomes the phenomenon of horizontal interpolation of the traditional linear modeling inversion, and also it makes the result more in line with the geological characteristics of carbonate rocks;(5)Because the fracture has the important relationship with the gas development,so in this article,we do the fracture prediction by using coherent detection technology, discontinuity detection technology, simulation of stress field based on post seismic and azimuthal anisotropy detection technology based on pre-seismic.By contrasting with the results of different methods, reduce the multiple solutions of different geophysical technology means effectively.Filter the most effective technology means by using the drilled well's data, and use the effective means to solve the fracture prediction;(6)As the gas detection, use the low frequency incremental attribute technology based on post seismic and analysis of AVO technology based on pre-seismic to predict the gas development,by contrasting with the drilled wells,we think we have achieved good results. At last, combining with the reservoir prediction result, cave and fracture prediction result and the gas prediction result,we prefer the next favorable exploration areas of Datachang area.Through this study,we form a set of technique series which can effectively solve the problem of marine carbonate rock of Maokou formation of Permian. The technique series can also solve the problem of multiple results and recognition accuracy. And many methods we used are not constrained with well information,so the results are more true and reliable. The research idea can be more effective with the reservoir prediction in the less well area or no well area,it has the more reliable application prospect, and also it can be popularized in the same geological conditions of block.
