Measuring the spatial and temporal distribution of the light intensity from the laser in the far field to the target spot,and then obtaining the laser to target parameters,Which is significant for studying the laser atmospheric transmission characteristics and evaluating the performance of the laser emitting system.The detector array method is a common method of measuring the the far-field laser spot distribution.Based on the project of near-infrared and mid-infrared array targets,this dissertation has conducted in-depth research on the technical difficulties and implementation methods in the process of the array target development,calibration platform and calibration technology,performance analysis and testing.The main research contents and achievements of this dissertation are as follows:1.Combined with atmospheric optical parameters,the effects of extinction,turbulence and thermal halo on the target parameters in atmospheric transmission are analyzed by means of numerical simulation;the array method is used to measure the spatial and temporal distribution of laser spot and calculate the total power,peak power and spot size of the spot,Calculation method of target parameters such as centroid position,centroid jitter,tracking accuracy,beam quality,etc.2.Based on the requirements of a certain project,this dissertation analyzes the technical indicators,and gived the overall technical solutions and technical difficulties of near-infrared array targets and mid-infrared array targets.Focusing on the technical difficulties,this dissertation diescribes the specific design and implementation of the array target's mechanical,electrical,and optical components.In terms of the mechanical and circuit structure layout,a modular approach is adopted to solve the difficulties of large target size,large number of channels,and complicated structure,and specific design and simulation verification results are given.In the circuit system,technical difficulties such as re-frequency and continuous mode compatible measurement,high-speed pulse signal acquisition and acquisition,and multi-channel high frame rate data transmission are solved.The detectors are selected through the performance comparison test of different models and different numbers of detectors,each functional circuit is analyzed and studied,and the specific design and implementation methods are given.The design of the integration circuit and the selection of key components are analyzed the realization of high-speed data transmission and control network.This dissertation introduces the common methods of optical attenuation sampling,analyzes and calculates the attenuation ratio of the system,gives the specific implementation of attenuation sampling,and solves the technical difficulties of multi-wavelength measurement.3.Aim at the technical characteristics and difficulties in the calibration process of the detector array target,This dissertation researches technology of three aspects of calibration platform,power density true value measurement,and attenuation magnification measurement.Firstly,a method of target array calibration based on point-by-point scanning is proposed.The implementation of the calibration system is explained which includes the functional composition of the calibration platform,calibration method and modeling,and factors that affect the measurement uncertainty.Secondly,three methods for calibrating the true value of the power density of the light source are proposed:camera imaging method,detector scanning method,and small hole scanning method.The implementation methods are given respectively,and the advantages and disadvantages and application scenarios are discussed.Finally,a calibration method for attenuation magnification based on camera imaging is proposed,which can be used to measure attenuation magnification in various attenuation modes.The calibration technique described in this dissertation can be used as an effective means for the calibration of detector array targets,provide reference for the calibration of detector array targets in the future.4.Analyze and verify the performance of the detector array target from three aspects:performance index analysis,laboratory test and field test.First of all,the conformity of the three technical indicators of measurement range,measurement uncertainty,and channel inhomogeneity was analyzed theoretically and in practice;besides,in the laboratory,the single-point scanning method was used to test the power or energy density measurement error and non-uniformity of each channel were tested,and the test accuracy and result analysis were given.Finally,the field test data of a mid-infrared array target was analyzed and calculated to verify the performance of the system.
