Nowadays,human beings pay more attention to how to eat well,not just to fill an empty stomach,so they start to focus on the nutrition and health care value of produce.However,there mainly exists a gap between the intake and the actual demand because of without the help of the scientific guidance,evaluation and intervention.It will not only lead to the waste of produce,but also lead to some problems:malnutrition and over nutrition.If things continue this way,it will easily lead to some diseases such as cardiovascular disease,diabetes and gout.Based on the analysis of the actual demand of the nutritional and health components of edible agricultural products,our research sets up a configuration system that is used to optimize the nutritional and health components of edible agricultural products with the help of the modern computer application technology and network technology.In addition,we test the subsidiary effect of the configuration system for the treatment of the chronic metabolic diseases such as hyperlipemia,gout,hyperglycemia,etc.by the means of statistical methods.According to some figures based on the habit of doing research of large number of users and results from the configuration system,we explore the method how to promote the configuration system.The main research results are as follows:Firstly,it is determined about the specific requirements of the public to optimize configuration system of nutrition and health care components through questionnaires,fact-finding meetings,expert interviews and referring data.And we have a comprehensive grasp about nutrition health diet quality and composition of agricultural products.According to the comprehensive requirements of the system,we have a feasible analysis,design the performance standard of the system and internal structure,and develop related tools.According to the research results of the specific functional requirements,we portray the function of all modules.We have developed various intervention programs for different groups of people through the analysis and disposal of the requirement,so that it can be applied to the general population and the sick population.We build the algorithm model of intake intervention and database,ultimately through computer programming to realize optimization configuration system.We have divided the optimization configuration system into two parts:one is a balanced nutrition background management and the other one is the client WeChat public platform.Both of them are written in JAVA language and run on TOMCAT server.The operating environment is Windows server and database is MySQL 5.According to the results based on the habit of doing research of large number of users,we have explored the method how to promote the configuration system;they are WeChat browser and website.Finally,the system is promoted and we recruited 316 system users.We have put forward the promotion strategy such as strengthening publicity platform,getting the users’ attention,paying attention to users’ needs,adjusting the promotion content,improving the effect of WeChat and website,ensuring the quality of automatic and artificial reply,docking upstream platform function and expanding the audience,etc.We have done a data analysis based on users’ data of nutrition and health food ingredients intervention and the user’s physical examination data at the same time by using statistical methods in the process of systematic promotion,and finally tested the better subsidiary effect of the configuration system for the treatment of the chronic metabolic diseases.This result has proved that combining health care and diet composition to optimize configuration is more effective than only using the diet composition.After 20 weeks of the configuration system intervention,as for the hyperlipidemia group users,the level of TG andTC decreased obviously.After 48 weeks of the configuration system intervention,as for the gout group users,the level of blood uric acid has been controlled in a better way;at the same time,the recurrence rate was significantly decreased in one year follow-up.After 20 weeks of the configuration system intervention,as for the diabetes group users,the FBG and 2h PG have been controlled in a good way;and the average value of HbA1c is 7-8%;furthermore,the level of the blood glucose controls well within 3 months.According to the intervention and physical examination data of the nutritional and health components of diabetes patients,we have adopted the improved BP neural network algorithm and upgraded the previous algorithm of the configuration system,at the same time,we have conducted a new intake intervention on the users including ineffective and effective.And the result shows that,through the filtering of MIV(Mean Impact Value)and combining use of variable learning rate algorithm and additional momentum method,the new algorithm of the system can accurately predict the user’s postprandial blood glucose after 2 hours.After the test of statistical method,the upgraded configuration system obviously improves the effect of intake intervention.It can be seen from the experiment After 16 weeks of intervention,the effective rate of the first round of high blood glucose intake intervention ineffective/effective users was 66.7%/100%.That shows the improved system can achieve the precision of the intake intervention.The innovation of this research is to study the various groups,including biochemical indicators of physical examination,like hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,gout and other chronic metabolic diseases and the quantitative correlation of intake of nutritional components,furtherly to realize the software of the system.Besides the instruction,evaluation and intervention function of nutrition intake common at home and abroad,the system also has the instruction,evaluation and intervention function applied in the health care and diet composition intake.The system can assist in the treatment of the above diseases,at the same time,it realizes the integration design of user self-management and expert scientific research management,and meets the needs of many parties.In addition,BP neural network algorithm using improved individual user data replaces the original universal optimization configuration algorithm.The optimized nutritional health ingredient,Optimization Configuration System,can provide personalized and precise intake intervention program for the users,and the optimized system is also a learning and growth of the intelligent system.
