As one of the three key technologies in the 21st century,new material technology is an important foundation and forerunner for the development of high and new technologies such as information,aerospace,energy and biology.Self-healing materials have gradually become one of the hotspots in the field of material research.On the one hand,self-healing materials can repair micro-cracks that are difficult to find out during material processing.They could contribute to improve the product yield of materials and avoid waste of resources.On the other hand,self-healing materials can repair wounds formed during the use of materials,prolong the service life of the material,and reduce the environmental pollution caused by discarded materials,which is of great significance for environmental protection and sustainable development.With the deepening of self-healing materials research,more and more self-healing functional materials have been developed and widely used in bio-imaging,sensors,super-capacitors,anti-corrosion coatings,optical switches and other fields.How to prepare high-performance and multi-functional self-healing materials simply and efficiently is an issue that researchers are actively exploring.This thesis focuses on the preparation and application of self-healing conductive materials and self-healing luminescent materials.Three self-healing conductive materials and a self-healing luminescent material are designed by simple method.They are applied to self-healing electrodes,self-healing sensors,self-healing supercapacitors,and self-healing luminescent devices.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:1.A flexible and conductive material with good self-healing properties was prepared by simple solution blending method with graphene as conductive filler and self-healing polymer copolymer as self-healing matrix.The self-healing conductive composite film can achieve self-healing efficiency up to 95%with the aid of a tetrahydrofuran atmosphere.The relationship between the conductivity of the composite film and the graphene weight ratio was investigated and the conductivity of composite containing 12 wt.%graphene reaches 81.5 S/m.It also has good flexibility.The resistance of the material does not change significantly during the bending process.Thus,it can be used as an electrode material for flexible electronic products.2.Inspired by mussel adsorption mechanism and biomineralization mechanism,polydopamine/polyacrylic acid/amorphous calcium carbonate biomimetic mineral hydrogel was synthesized.The hydrogel can conduct electricity through ions and has excellent self-healing properties.A resistive sensor is prepared using the hydrogel,which can be used to monitor small signals generated by human motion.3.In a phosphoric acid solution,a polymethacrylamide(PMNAGA)hydrogel film having excellent self-healing properties was prepared.Using it as a solid electrolyte,a flexible healable all-in-one configured super-capacitor based on PMNAGA/carbon nanotube/polyaniline was prepared.The self-healing supercapacitor has good self-healing ability.After four cutting/healing cycles,its capacitance still maintains 75%of its initial value.At 5 mA/cm~2,its specific capacitance reaches 176.5 mF/cm~2.It has good cycle stability and its capacitance retention rate is almost constant after 500 cycles.4.Based on the research of the perovskite materials,the perovskite luminescent material was first introduced into the high-molecular copolymer material with self-healing function,and the preparation of self-healing luminescent materials based on perovskite nanocrystals was realized.The self-healing luminescent material has good flexibility and stretch-ability,and can complete self-healing in 15 minutes.Due to the hydrophobicity of the polymer copolymer network,the stability of the self-healing luminescent material is greatly improved in the water.This idea is promising for the application to the next generation of flexible self-healing display devices.
