Wood furniture says woodiness furniture or ligneous furniture again,it is the furniture that points to main component to all use the ligneous material such as wood,man-made board to make.The design of wood furniture products belongs to the category of industrial design,which must be based on production for users,and its design positioning is determined by the market positioning.Furniture enterprises need to form suitable market positioning according to their own conditions,generate product concept and guide product design under the premise of correct positioning.The powerful information channels in the era of "Internet +" undoubtedly provide convenience for design evaluation,positioning and product innovation.Meanwhile,the change of information environment promotes the formation of new consumption patterns,which makes the wood furniture manufacturing industry also encounter many new problems and challenges.First of all,the popularization of new media has led to great changes in the information environment,and the decisions of wood furniture consumers,such as purchasing and evaluation,have become increasingly rigorous with a series of new changes.Secondly,the life cycle of wood furniture products is increasingly reduced,which leads to the shortening of product planning time and the improvement of planning quality requirements,thus making the choice of solutions for enterprises more and more complicated.How to make use of information and communication technologies and innovations of the Internet platform,understand user decision-making mechanism to optimize product development method,build the accurate transmission of products,services,and show,in order to achieve the effective control of quick response and risk of the market,to become academics and wood furniture manufacturing industry must face the problem.This paper discusses the changes in the wood furniture industry,consumer behavior decisionmaking and product development and design in the era of "Internet +",aiming to explore a kind of user research of wood furniture under the Internet thinking and the corresponding product design and planning methods.On the basis of re-examining the value of wood furniture design and production,this paper analyzes the influencing mechanism of user behavior decision by means of Delphi method,questionnaire method and structural equation model,in order to guide wood furniture enterprises to improve products,improve service level and brand communication effect.By using text data mining method to analyze the direct data of the consumer end,including the distribution of users,preferences and product feedback,the business competitive intelligence can be obtained in real time and accurately.To realize the user identification,insight and services in a timely manner,and then transform the dynamic user needs into design concepts,guiding the conceptual design of wood furniture products.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)literature research results indicate: the Internet and the popularization of network media to make consumers information environment have changed dramatically,from one-way,information asymmetry and not fully communicated to two-way,symmetry and transparent information communication environment,significant changes in the field of lead to spread and cause wood furniture in the field of consumer behavior,design,business and manufacture a series of change.New consumption patterns such as online shopping,online and offline integration and social shopping emerge in an endless stream in the wood furniture industry.The material-oriented pure manufacturing thinking mode greatly restricts the collaborative manufacturing level,design innovation and the establishment of modular parts platform in the wood furniture industry.Wood furniture consumption crowd of young makes Internet channels become the main channel of access to information,and Internet word of mouth as an important form of word-of-mouth and evaluation reflects the value of wood furniture,also have real-time,openness,interactivity,personalized,focus and huge amounts of data characteristics,have greater influence on consumer decision-making,it is necessary to research based on network user behavior decision-making mechanism and the influence of word of mouth furniture product design planning methods.(2)the influence of wood furniture user behavior decision-making mechanism research results show that on the trust of the wood furniture iwom receiver,furniture of consumer perceived risk’s influence on iwom receiver trust(standard regression coefficient 0.528),the largest number of iwom furniture products impact on the receiver trust times(0.438).In terms of the impact of furniture consumers’ behaviors,the trust of furniture consumers has the greatest impact on the purchase of furniture products/services(0.441)and the behavioral intention of related Internet word of mouth(WOM)re-communication(0.468),followed by the perceived risk of furniture consumers(0.213)and behavioral intention of re-communication(0.278).The influence of relationship strength and professional knowledge on perceived risk was 0.299 and 0.246,respectively.In a comprehensive judgment,perceived risk and the amount of Internet word of mouth have an important impact on the trust of ordinary furniture consumers,and the intermediary role of trust plays an important role in the purchase decision of furniture consumers and their behavioral intention to spread Internet word of mouth again.Trust is the most important factor affecting behavioral intention of wood furniture consumption.Perceived risk can also directly affect behavioral intention.(3)Propose a method of user demand mining and analysis in the era of "Internet +" wood furniture under the review of Internet word of mouth: the current market demand for furniture integrates products and services,that is,product + service = solutions.Collect real Internet word of mouth information about wood furniture products and services from the Internet platform,and conduct in-depth analysis from the aspects of product shape,color,function,material,workmanship,price,logistics,installation and after-sales service.A wood furniture customer satisfaction measurement method based on Internet word of mouth(WOM)was established to collect the performance performance of key product quality characteristics and identify the wood furniture product characteristics and service process that have a high impact on satisfaction.In this way,we can find the difference between the advantages and disadvantages of current products and the importance of users’ demands,so as to prepare for the improvement and innovative design of wood furniture products for enterprises with limited resources.The relative weights of the product features of solid wood furniture were obtained as follows: shape and style(22.86%),workmanship(11.29%),materials(10.84%),logistics(10.61%),aftersales(8.91%),good condition(8.35%),environmental protection(8.33%),price(7.72%),function(6.47%),installation(4.62%).The relative weights of panel wood furniture products: appearance style(24.18%),workmanship(11.31%),materials(10.14%),logistics(10.08%),after-sales(8.90%),function(7.96%),installation(7.53%),environmental protection(7.23%),price(7.12%),good condition(5.55%);The relative weights of panel furniture products are: appearance style(25.02%),after-sale service(13.45%),workmanship(9.55%),logistics(9.35%),installation(8.45%),materials(8.38%),price(6.95%),environmental protection(6.53%),good condition(6.50%),function(5.81%).(4)based on Internet word of mouth and wood furniture design target model of quality function deployment(QFD),in the sitting room wood furniture,for example in user requirements based on iwom mining,on the basis of further identify users value pursuit and the relationship between the product characteristics,scientific and effective wood furniture design planning scheme is put forward,and is verified by optimal design and evaluation of consumer product planning effect,can better guide the development and design of wood furniture products.It is concluded that the design of the sitting room wood tea table in the planning objectives relative weights before 12: solid wood(8.19%),product and packaging in good condition(6.48%),color good-looking(5.8%),high grade(5.54%),receive a space atmosphere(5.31%),no peculiar smell(5.12%),tie-in coordination(4.96%),(4.67%)with delicate do manual work,good customer service attitude(4.53%),logistics,fast(4.47%),high performance-to-price ratio(3.74%),completely real wood(3.48%).Design elements of importance sorting before 12: surface treatment(130.70),the material composition(123.47),the surface texture(110.32),contour lines(100.93),the structure of the product(88.51),(63.34)color composition,shape dimension(57.42),logistics service commitments(38.98)(56.89),the processing precision,sealing quality(32.73),the product cost(24.66)(30.03),pricing strategy.This paper expounds the influence mechanism of user behavior decision and the corresponding innovative method of product design planning under the Internet environment,so as to make the design goal of wood furniture more scientific and clear,improve the design efficiency and reduce the cost.In addition,aiming at some problems in the user-based furniture design evaluation and positioning theory before,for example,most of them are through active questionnaire survey and lack of objective quantitative research method without intervention observation of users,some improvements are made to enrich the furniture design theory.The results of this study can make full use of the massive online user data of Internet word of mouth to help furniture enterprises to change from the traditional post-inspection product quality to the inspection of internal quality in product design.Promote the effective interaction between enterprises and users,promote enterprises to grasp the needs of users more scientifically and accurately,better guide the development and manufacturing of wood furniture products,so as to achieve a more perfect match between supply and demand.
