and the study of horsetail embroidery can analyze the construction of Shui traditional culture.From the perspective of art anthropology,this paper adopts the research categories and methods of art,anthropology,semiotics,sociology,communication,etc.to reappear the horsetail embroidery of Shui,make a judgment on the overall background derived from its development,rationally understand and grasp its contemporary value,and put forward the feasible path of Art transformation,covering the history of horsetail embroidery,the humanistic and geographical environment generated,and interpret the materials The paper also points out that horsetail embroidery has the ability of self adjustment in the cultural change,which is extended from material form to cultural belonging and values.The research will promote the excavation of the sustainable development path of the traditional handicrafts of the Shui,which is very suitable for the purpose of the protection policy of the intangible cultural heritage of our country.In the long history of the Shui,the ethnic habits which are adapted to and changed by the natural environment,the human environment and the scientific and technological environment directly present the creation view of the Shui.The inheritance and development of horsetail embroidery are influenced by the folk life of the Shui.The form and process evolution of horsetail embroidery are all changed by the changes of social organization,economic structure,scientific and technological conditions and other real environment.If it is separated from the research of the folk culture and folk custom culture of the Shui,the research of horsetail embroidery will not be established.As Mr.Lu Xun said,"only the ethnic is the world’s".Driven by the wave of globalization,the way of production and life of the minority people has quietly changed.How to protect and inherit the cultural handicrafts with minority characteristics,how to maintain the diversity of ethnic culture,how to promote the development of ethnic culture to adapt to the contemporary environment,has become a hot topic in contemporary China.It is imperative to study the traditional handicrafts of ethnic minorities.It is necessary to explore the preconditions and existing purposes of their formation,give up their forms and get their gods,discuss the protection and inheritance of their crafts,and interpret their aesthetic adaptation in modern life and production.Therefore,the research on the inheritance of Shui’s horsetail embroidery is the need of modern social and cultural development.This paper is divided into seven parts.In the first part,the introduction discusses the background and significance of this study in detail.It is pointed out that the research goal of this subject is to use the double demonstration method of field investigation and literature data to interpret the pattern inheritance culture and to peel the silk and cocoon hidden behind the horsetail embroidery.Next,the research status of horsetail embroidery is summarized in detail.Finally,the research methods and innovations of this paper are described.The second part,through the
