Study On Evaluation Index System And Construction Path Of Green Mining In Open-Pit Coal Mine

As a new production concept and development method,green mine is an important measure to implement the "two mountains theory" and "beautiful China".Under the background of the era of industrial civilization turning to ecological civilization,the construction of green mines has become the future development direction of the coal industry and is an important way and an inevitable requirement for achieving highquality development of the mining industry.The index system and evaluation system of open-pit coal mines are an important part of the green mine theory.In order to further promote the construction of green mines,it is urgent to establish an evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation methods for open-pit coal mines.[1]Based on the review of the construction process of green mines at home and abroad,combined with the specific requirements of green mine construction,the historical development path of green mine construction in open-pit coal mines-"environmental protection-high efficiency-safety",combined with the specific production characteristics and links of open-pit coal mines,was determined.The core connotation of the construction of green open-pit coal mines,according to the specific distribution and characteristics of open-pit coal mines in China,put forward the overall strategy and guidelines for the classification and evaluation of green mines in open-pit coal mines in China.Combined with the core connotation of open pit green mining and the specific characteristics of open pit coal mines,according to the construction principle of the index system and the internal relations of the evaluation indicators,a “3-9-35-69” fourlevel evaluation was constructed from three dimensions of safety,efficiency and environmental protection.The indicator system also determines the calculation models and methods for various indicators.Based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative,the principle of quantitative priority,combined with relevant national laws and regulations and industry standards and requirements,design scoring methods,grade divisions and evaluation methods for various indicators in the comprehensive evaluation system of open-pit coal mine green mining.Characteristics,drawing on the concept of centrality in graph theory and network structure,considering "degree centrality","intermediate centrality" and "contact centrality",determining the weight of each evaluation index,and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to construct an open-air Evaluation method and evaluation system of coal mine green mining.In accordance with the steps of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a fuzzy evaluation set for green mining of open-pit coal mines was established,and according to the membership function,the principle of maximum membership was determined,the overall membership was determined,and the calculation formula for green mining evaluation of open-pit coal mines was given.Evaluation process,using Java language,developed green mining evaluation software for open-pit coal mines.Take three typical open-pit coal mines in different regions and types of China as examples of greenness assessment,collect specific evaluation index values of open-pit coal mines,and use open-pit coal mine green mining evaluation software to comprehensively evaluate three open-pit coal mines.The greenness score of mine A is 95.05.It belongs to the first-class green open-pit coal mine;the greenness score of mine B is 82.05,which belongs to the second-level green open-pit coal mine;the greenness score of mine C is 74.25,which belongs to the third-level open-pit coal mine.According to the greenness evaluation report,a horizontal comparison was carried out,and corresponding measures for improving the greenness of open-pit coal mines were proposed.The construction of the evaluation index system and evaluation system for openpit coal mines provides guidance and basis for the evaluation of green mining in openpit coal mines in China,enriches the theory of green mines,and facilitates the progress of green mine construction.The paper has 19 pictures,15 tables,and 124 references.
