| China is a big developing country with a population of 1.4 billion.It is faced with the challenge of developing economy and improving people's living standard as well as the increasingly scarce resources.It is an inevitable choice for China to promote industrial transformation and upgrading,develop green industry and take an environmentally friendly green development path."13th five year plan" put forward the "Five" development concept,in which green development has been raised to an unprecedented height and become one of the core concepts guiding the reform and development of the national economy.Therefore,we must adhere to the basic national policy of saving resources and protecting the environment.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements in developing economy and improving people's living standards with GDP as the main guidance.However,this economic development mode of high pollution,high energy consumption and high consumption has been increasingly constrained by environmental resources.It is an indisputable fact that China is in shortage of resources and environmental pollution in recent years.Therefore,it is urgent for China to accelerate the green development path and implement the green transformation of development mode.With the traditional extensive economic development path not only causes damage to the ecological environment,but also causes the accelerated depletion of the earth's resources,the traditional industrial development mode is more and more criticized.Countries around the world pay more attention to the development of green industry,and the theoretical and industrial circles also pay attention to it widely,and regard the development of green industry as a new path to break through the current development bottleneck.How to optimize the development path of green industry and how to steadily promote it have an important impact on China's national economy.Therefore,the research on the path selection and system innovation of China's green industry development is not only of important theoretical value,but also has a strong practical significance.On the basis of systematically combing the relevant theories and literatures of green industry,this paper comprehensively uses the theories and research methods of industrial economics,ecological economics,institutional economics,management science and political science,and focuses on the combination of industrial organization theory,industrial innovation theory,industrial structure upgrading theory and transaction cost theory,so as to choose the best development path of green industry.Based on the limitation of traditional industrial development path and the motivation of green industry development in China,this paper studies the experience of green industry development in foreign developed countries,and selects domestic rapid development in recent years.On this basis,the total factor productivity of green industry and its influencing factors are empirically studied.From the theoretical perspective,the paper puts forward three major path options for the development of China's green industry,namely,the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries is the effective path,scientific and technological innovation is the fundamental path,and state-owned capital is the basic path.This paper further analyzes the obstacles and difficulties encountered in the practice of the three paths,and puts forward that institutional innovation is necessary to optimize the development path of green industry.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,the paper puts forward relevant institutional innovation suggestions to promote the path optimization of China's green industry development.In addition to the main conclusions,the structure of the paper is divided into nine chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,first of all,this paper expounds the background of the times and its significance.Secondly,it focuses on the historical evolution of green economy and its concept,and then expounds the different connotations and characteristics of green industry at home and abroad,and explains the relationship between green economy and green industry.Thirdly,the research ideas and thesis writing of this paper.Finally,it points out the main innovations and shortcomings of this study.The second chapter is a review of the related theories and literature.This chapter mainly reviews and combs the relevant theories of green industry development path,and reviews the domestic and foreign research literature on the development path of green industry in recent years,so as to lay the theoretical and literature foundation for the follow-up research of the paper.The third chapter mainly analyzes the limitations of traditional industries in the development path and the motivation of green industry development.Firstly,the paper analyzes the limitations of the development path of traditional industries in China under the open conditions,and finds that the development path of traditional industries depends on the destruction and unsustainability of resources and environment.Secondly,it theoretically analyzes the motivation of the development of green industry in China,mainly using the theory of industrial organization and resource and environmental economics from the perspective of environment,industrial development and national competitiveness promotion.Finally,it analyzes the reasons for the development of green industry in China This chapter also summarizes the development status of China's new energy automobile industry,environmental protection industry,wind power generation and other green industries in recent years,and analyzes the good economic and social benefits brought by the development of green industry.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the historical evolution of green industry development path and the status quo of system system from the perspective of history and reality.First of all,from the perspective of industrial organization evolution,this paper analyzes the internal relationship between market economy and green industry development,and discusses the historical evolution and era characteristics of China's green industry development path.Secondly,it summarizes and reviews the current situation of China's green industry development system in recent years,and makes reflection and prospect.The fifth chapter mainly makes a systematic analysis of the path selection experience of the development of green industry in foreign countries.First of all,this chapter will summarize the development experience of green industry in foreign developed countries,mainly analyze the successful experience of the United States,Japan,France and other countries in the green industry development path,and focus on the effective measures in the path selection and system innovation for the successful development of green industry in these developed countries.Secondly,combined with China's national conditions,it analyzes the western developed countries.The experience of China's green industry development path choice reference significance and enlightenment.The sixth chapter is the comparative study of green industry development path in China.This chapter selects two cases with different development paths to verify the importance of path selection in the process of developing green industry.One is the new energy automobile industry.Through the transformation and upgrading of the traditional automobile industry,the coordinated development of the industrial chain,the improvement of resource utilization efficiency,and the promotion of scientific and technological innovation,the support of the whole industrial chain of state-owned capital has promoted the process of the marketization and commercialization of the new energy automobile industry,so that the new energy automobile industry continues to develop and expand.The other is the photovoltaic industry,which expands blindly in the development process.The development path is too dependent on policy subsidies,the development strategy is chaotic,and the technology innovation is insufficient.In the end,not only does not make the photovoltaic industry obtain the market competitiveness,but also causes the overcapacity in a short time,resulting in the stagnation of the whole industry,even the leading enterprises in the industry are close to bankruptcy.Through the comparative study of these two cases,we will analyze the importance of different development paths and institutional innovation in the development of green industry.The seventh chapter mainly studies the TFP and its influencing factors of China's green industry,and theoretically analyzes the specific path selection of China's green industry development.First of all,the total factor productivity of China's green industry is empirically studied.The results show that: on the whole,the production efficiency of green industry represented by high-tech industry in China is on the rise,and technological progress plays an important role in promoting productivity,but the scale effect is not obvious.Secondly,the main factors affecting the productivity of green industry are empirically analyzed,and the theoretical falsehood is verified.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,this paper puts forward and discusses the three major path choices of green industry development in China.That is,accelerating the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries is the effective path of developing green industries,promoting scientific and technological innovation is the fundamental path of developing green industries,and the leading of state-owned capital is the realistic path of developing green industries.The eighth chapter mainly analyzes the practical obstacles and institutional reasons of China's green industry development path.First of all,from the perspective of theory and reality,this paper analyzes the obstacles and difficulties encountered in the practice of the three paths of China's green industry development.Secondly,it analyzes the practical obstacles of the current green industry development path,and analyzes the necessity of optimizing the system innovation of the green industry development path.The ninth chapter is mainly about the institutional innovation to promote the optimization of the development path of green industry in China.In order to effectively optimize the development path of green industry and create a batch of green industries with market competitiveness.First of all,from the perspective of property rights,this paper discusses the definition of green resource property rights and the institutional innovation of protection.Secondly,it puts forward the innovation of incentive mechanism to optimize the development path of green industry,mainly from the transformation and upgrading of traditional industry,promoting scientific and technological innovation,green industry investment and financing,green taxation and other aspects of incentive system innovation.Finally,this chapter also discusses the relationship between green industry and non-formal institutional innovation.It mainly discusses informal institutional innovation from the perspectives of green culture,green social responsibility and the construction of non-governmental green organizations.At last,the paper makes a brief summary of the
