Study On The Compatibility Of Uyghur Medicine Properties And Flavor Supplements And Uyghur Medicine For Different Black Bile Syndrome

As a member of traditional medicine,the traditional Uyghur medicine plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of complex and refractory disease.In the more than 2000 years history of Uyghur medicine development,there are accumulated a large amount of information and data.The Uyghur medicine theory is the important basis to guide the clinical medication that reveals the scientific connotation of Uyghur medicine.It also plays role in the diagnosis and treatment of Uyghur medical.The basic theory research is the weak link of Uyghur medicine research.There was a considerable part of drug properties and flavor data missing and omitting due to historical reason.This directly affected the Uyghur medicine prescription compatibility and clinical application.As the connection of Uyghur medical and Uyghur medicine,the summary of Uyghur medicine properties and flavor to efficacy is insufficient and it was difficult to overall character the Uyghur medicine features.Besides,there was lack of organ theory support to the theory of drug.Therefore,the theoretical system of Uyghur medicine should be further completed.With the theory of Uyghur medicine,it used the methods of Uyghur medicine properties,flavor,function and data mining technology solved the problem of medicine properties and flavor data missing.It introduced the organ theory to Uyghur medicine theory,positioned the working part of drugs and concluded the positioning properties of Uyghur medicine.It provided new ideas and patterns for the research of Uyghur medicine basic theory.This paper aimed at the problem in the following several aspects of research content.Firstly,this paper collected and sorted the data of Uyghur medicine nature and Prescription,with reference to "The Chinese medical encyclopedia"(Uighur medicine)and"The Chinese materia medica"(Traditional Uighur medicine).The study built the database of Uyghur medicine nature and Prescription.Splitting and merging the medicine function,the decision tree model of Uighur medicine eight tastes and nine characters was developed and used to predict the missing tastes and characters.The tastes and characters of 38 Uighur medicine were obtained.Because Uighur medicine material base,the efficacy of pharmacological research and clinical data were less,this article used the succedanea and corrigent for evidence and also was confirmed with literature.The results showed that the decision tree method can be used to supplement the missing tastes and characters of Uighur medicine and this result completed the data information of the medicine.Secondly,the tastes and characters of Uighur medicine described the drug function from different angles and it was the highly generalization of efficacy.However,it was not enough to explain the scientific connotation of drug function with only two properties characterization.The organ theory and theory of temperament is an important part in the basic theories of Uyghur medicine which was from the four substance theories.They also play an important guiding role in the clinical.Therefore,this paper proposed Uyghur medicine organ hypothesis combined the function of Uyghur medicine and the organ theory and theory of temperament.The medicine taste-medicine character-organ was obtained imitating the theory of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal combination.The relationship between the drug combination properties and Uyghur medicine function was established using association rule algorithm.The study obtained 130 medicine taste-medicine character-organ combinations corresponding to commonly used functions which provided data support for the next analysis data step of prescription compatibility of the law.Thirdly,Uyghur medicine thought that abnormal savda syndrome associated with important pathogenesis producing high blood pressure,cancer and diabetes.It was the most complicated abnormal humoral of pathogenic factors.Therefore,the study of herbal fomulation of abnormal savda syndrome could be used to illustrate the treatment mechanism of abnormal savda syndrome using Uyghur medicine.The corresponding relation between abnormal savda syndrome prescription and medicine function was established using the association rules algorithm.The results found that the tastes,characters and organ associated with abnormal savda syndrome compatibility involved dry heat,damp and hot,bitter,sweet,strong,stomach,brain and nerve attributes and their combination.And the dry and symplectic lung-hot symplectic lung,the hot symplectic lung-hot symplectic nerve,dry and symplectic brain-hot symplectic nerves and a series of drug combination mode were obtained.The model conforms to Uyghur medical etiology and pathogenesis of abnormal savda syndrome.It can explain the compatibility of drugs attribute combination rale.In conclusion,this paper supplemented the missing tastes and characters of Uighur medicine.This paper proposed Uyghur medicine organ hypothesis based the organ theory and theory of temperament and established medicine taste-medicine character-organ combinations.With the most common abnormal savda syndrome in Uighur medicine as the research object,the rule of prescription compatibility was discussed under medicine taste-medicine character-organ combination model.This provided a feasible scheme for the study of prescription formulating rule of Uyghur medicine and laid a solid foundation for its guidance.This study focused on the basic method of traditional Chinese drug research and carried out the basic theory research of Uyghur medicine.The methods in Uyghur medicine in the field of the obtained results to for other ethnic medicine,Tibetan medicine,the Harbin pharmaceutical research provides a new train of thought and research method,to lay the foundation for the future of traditional medicine based drug theory research.
