Research Purpose:This study mainly discuss the effects of different electroacupuncture order,intensity,duration to stimulate zhongwan point(CV12),and Zusanli point(ST36)on gastric motility,including① Effects of different electroacupuncture intensities on stomach in CV12 and ST36② Effects of different electroacupuncture sequences on stomach CV12 and ST36 ③ Effects of different electroacupuncture duration on stomach CV12 and ST36 ④ The interaction between the two points in CV12 and ST36 ⑤ The difference of nerve pathway between inCV12 and ST36.Research Methods:The study subjects were SD rats.The selected points were CV12 and right ST36.The changes of gastric motility of SD rats(normal animals group,abdominal incision,vagotomy,left greater splanchnic nerve transection)were observed.Eight kinds of electroacupuncture parameters were designed,and the acupuncture sequence was divided into 3 kinds.The duration of all experiments was 240S(60 before needle,120 out of needle,60 seconds after needle).The specific procedure was as follows.According to the animal status,it was divided into normal animal group,abdominal incision group,and nerve transection group(divided into two groups:vagotomy and amputation of the great abdominal nerve).The research design of acupuncture points and duration:Simultaneous Electroacupuncture GroupCV12 before ST36 GroupST36 before CV12 GroupAccording to the intensity of electroacupuncture,they were divided into the following eightsubgroups:A1:(CV12)1mA(ST36)2mA A2:(CV12)1mA(ST36)4mAB1:(CV12)2mA(ST36)1mA B2:(CV12)2mA(ST36)4mAC1:(CV12)4mA(ST36)1mA C2:(CV12)4mA(ST36)2mAD1:(CV12)1mA(ST36)1mA D2:(CV12)4mA(ST36)4mAStudy Results:a)Three factors of multi analysis of different parameters of electroacupuncture,stimulation sequence and acupuncture duration showed that the main effect of electroacupuncture stimulation was F=9.482,P<0.05;the main effect of acupuncture sequence was F=34.379,P<0.05;the main effect of acupuncture time waas F=109.82,P<0.05.It showed that the above three factors had an impact on the percentage of intragastric pressure.It should be noted that there was a significant interaction effect between the amount of electroacupuncture stimulation and acupuncture sequence(F=2.945,P<0.05)and acupuncture sequence and acupuncture time(F=40.09,P<0.05).However,there was no significant interaction effect between the amount of electroacupuncture stimulation and acupuncture time(P>0.05),and no obvious interaction effect was found among the three groups(P>0.05).b)Compare intragroup acupuncture in the normal animal group,among simultaneous electroacupuncture group,CV12 before and ST36 group,and ST36 group before CV12 in the same group of 60S before acupuncture and 60S after acupuncture were found to have statistical significance(P>0.05,n=12)the stimulus intensity was inhibited gastric motility phenomenon.Therefore,it is considered that the dominant effect trend is the inhibitory effect when acupuncture at CV12 and ST36 was performed with different stimulation intensity,stimulus sequence and stimulation time.c)Comparison of 8 different stimuli of normal animals at the same time in acupuncture group showed:the inhibitory effect was mainly exhibited in 0S-60S,and inhibitory effect of 60S-120S began to weaken.When 8 different milliampere parameters were used to stimulate electroacupuncture in CV12 and ST36 in the acupuncture group of normal animals,both the OS-30S and the anterior-needle ratio were inhibitory and statistically significant(P>0.05,n=12).There was no statical difference between the electroacupuncture 30S-60S and 0S-30S groups(P>0.05,n=12).When the electroacupuncture 60S-90S and 30S-60S ratio showed stimulant effect,in addition to set the milliampere-milliampere setting,CV12 was 1mA and ST36 was 2mA(Al group)was not statistically different(P>0.05,n=12),the remaining groups were statistically significant(P<0.05,n=12).The results suggested that at the same time,the best time effect of the inhibition of CV12 point was 0S-60S under the condition of simultaneous acupuncture in CV12 and ST36.d)From the amount of stimulation factors on normal animal and acupuncture group were analyzed,when the number of CV12 were fixed at 1mA,the number of ST36 were fixed at 1mA,2mA and 4mA,there was no significant difference(P>0.05,n=12),indicating that CV12 1mA was enough to antagonize ST36 1mA,2mA and 4mA.e)Analysis of the acupuncture group of normal animals from the stimuli factors,CV121mA and ST36 1mA except for 30 seconds,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05,n=12),the rest of the time were statistically significant(P<0.05,n=12).The results showed that the inhibitory effect of CV12 could increased with the increase of the intensity of stimulation.f)From the stimulation of the amount of factors on the normal animal stimultaneous acupuncture group analysis,CV12 was 1mA,ST36 was 1mA and CV12 was 4mA,ST36 was 4mA,except for 30 seconds before there was no statistical difference(P>0.05,n=12),and the rest of the time,there was a statistical significant(P<0.05,n=12).The results showed that the inhibitory effect of CV12 could increase with the increase of stimulation quantity at the same time as the acupuncture of CV12 and ST36.g)Analysis of the normal animal group different acupoint stimulation and acupuncture time sequence elements,CV12,ST36 was 1mA parameters,different acupuncture order and intragastric pressure in rats had a statistical difference(P<0.05,n= 12),indicating that the different acupoint stimulation and acupuncture duration factors could affect the intensity of gastric motion.h)The normal animal group was analyzed with different acupoint stimulation order and acupuncture time factors.At the same time,EA and EA at the benginning of acupuncture at CV12 30S after acupuncture at ST36 were not statistically significant(P>0.05,n=12),there was significant difference in 60S after the needle(P<0.05,n=12).At the same time,there was statically significant difference in 0S-90S,when acupuncture was compared with CV12 before 30S at ST36(P<0.05,n=12).However,there was no statistical difference in 60S after 90S-injection.The results suggested that in different acupoints stimulation order and different acipuncture time elements,the inhibitory effect of acupuncturing CV12 before 30S ST36 is optimal.i)The normal animal group in different time sequence and acupuncture point stimulation factor analysis,and CV12,ST36 were 4mA parameters,and there were no statistically significant difference among the three groups of acupuncture effect(P>0.05,n=12).The results suggested that different acupoint stimulation order and acupuncture time could be neglected when CV12 were 4mA.j)On the premise of simultaneous acupuncture,the abdominal incision group compared with simultanes acupuncture group of normal animals found that when the stimulation parameters were B1,B2,C1,C2 and D2,the inhibitory effect of the needle on gastric motility and normal group(P<0.05,n=12),therefore it is considered that the sham operation can cause the depression effect on gastric motility of CV12 point to be weakened.k)Compared with the abdominal incision group and simultaneous acupuncture group of normal animals,it was found that the inhibitory effect of CV12 on gastric motility in vagotomy group was stronger than that in abdominal incision group and the normal animal group,indicating that vagus nerve was one of the main pathways of stimulating effect of ST36 on gastric motility.After comparing the effects of three groups of A2 stimulation(CV 12 1mA,ST36 4mA),it was found that the aftereffect of the simultaneous acupuncture group of normal animals showed excitory effect and there was a statistical difference between the two group(P<0.05,n=12).It is believed that in the simultaneous acupuncture at CV12 and ST36,the stimulation amount of at least zusanli point can reach 4mA to antagonize the stimulatory effect of 1mA stimulation in the CV12 point.1)Comparision of greater splanchnic nerve severance group with abdominal incision group and normal simultaneous acupuncture group found that when the CV12 was 1mA and ST36 was 4mA,the gastric motility inhibition effect of rats with greater splanchnic nerve was weaker than that of the abdominal incision group and the normal animal acupuncture group.It is suggested that the greater splanchnic nerve is one of the main pathways of the inhibitory effect at CV12 point.m)Analysis of the results of the above result anaklysis.At the same time,the vagal nerve severing group had stronger gastric motility effect than simultaneous acupuncture group of normal animals when we were acupucturing the CV12 and ST36;The inhibitory effect of gastric motility in the greater splanchnic nerve transection group was weaker than that in the simultaneous acupuncture group of normal animals.It shows that the relationship between CV12 and ST36 acupuncture at the same time was mutual antagonistic.Conclusion:a)The three elements of strength,time and sequence of acupuncture can all influence the gastric motility of SD rats gastric motility,and the inhibitory effect of CV12 on gastric motility overpasses the stimulatory effect of ST36 on gastric motility.b)The change of acupuncture strength factor shows a clear quantitative-effect relationship between CV12 and stimulation intensity.Elements of acupuncture time and acupuncture sequence can be ignored when the stimulation amount of CV12 reaches 4mA.c)Elements of acupuncture time and acupuncture order shows that,the relationship between CV12 and ST36 of gastric movement was antagonistic,and there is a clear time-effect relationship during the antagonistic process.d)The destruction of the skin area around CV12 will lead to a decrease in the inhibitory effect of CV12 on the gastric motility.e)The vagus nerve is one of the main pathways of the stimulatory effect of ST36;the large visceral nerve is one of the main pathways for CV12 to achieve the inhibitory effect.
