Based On Data Mining Technology Summarize Professor Zhou Yabin’s Medication Rule In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangxue Anshen method on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD)by Meta analysis,and to summarize and analyze the medicine and combination rule of Professor Zhou Yabin in treating coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris by data mining method,and to provide ideas and methods for the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:Through the collection of database documents in China and abroad,RevMan5.3 software is used to analyze the literature with Meta.The modern literature is used in Chinese Periodicals Full text database,Wanfang Data,VP database,and foreign documents are retrieved by The Cochrane Library library and PubMed database.Using Microsoft Excel 2010 to establish data data table,the frequency statistics and analysis of frequency,taste,meridian and drug category of drug use were carried out to sum up the core drugs of Professor Zhou Yabin in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.SPSS19.0.statistical software was used to carry out clustering analysis and SAS statistical software for common Chinese medicine.To summarize professor Zhou Yabin’s medication rule and establish the principle of treatment.Results:Meta analysis results:1.According to the retrieval strategy,a total of 21 literatures were retrieved,all of them were Chinese literatures.A total of 2108 patients with angina pectoris were included,including 1109 in the treatment group and 999 in the control group.The minimum sample volume of the treatment group was 20,the maximum sample was 160,the minimum sample size of the control group was 20,the maximum sample was 160 cases,and the course was 10 to 6 months.2.The therapeutic effect of 2 Yiqi Yangxin Anshen method on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease showed that the effect of Yiqi Yangxin Anshen method in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease had the advantage of[RR=1.19,95%CI:1.14～1.24].3 Yiqi Yangxin Anshen method of treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris electrocardiogram results showed that the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris electrocardiogram effect is better than the western medicine treatment group[RR=1.18,95%CI:1.11～1.26].4.The number and duration of angina pectoris of angina pectoris by 4 supplementing qi and nourishing heart and Anshen method showed that the group of Yiqi Yangxue Anshen Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group were more advantageous in reducing the frequency of angina pectoris of[MD=-2.78,95%CI:-4.33～-1.23],[MD=-2.44 of angina pectoris and 95%CI:-4.14～-0.73].5.Yiqi Yangxin Anshen method in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris showed that the difference of the rate of stopping and reducing of nitroglycerin in the group of Yiqi Yangxue Anshen Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group was statistically significant[RR=1.23,95%CI:1.01～1.49].6.The treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,Seattle angina pectoris,the group of traditional Chinese medicine(conventional therapy combined with Yangxin Decoction)and Western medicine treatment group can improve the quality of life of the patients.The scores of each dimension of each group after treatment are higher than that before treatment,and the difference is statistically significant after comparison.After treatment,the stable angina pectoris(AS)score was higher than that in the western medicine group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.7 Yiqi Yangxin Anshen method in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris endpoints of cardiovascular events showed that the incidence of cardiovascular terminal events in the group of Yiqi Yangxue Anshen Chinese medicine group was better than that of the western medicine group[RR=0.36,95%CI:0.14～0.94]8.The adverse reaction of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated by the method of nourishing qi and nourishing heart and Anshen showed that there was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and Western medicine group[RR=0.58,95%CI:0.19～1.77].Cluster analysis results:1.The results of statistical analysis of drug frequency were included in 239 cases,with a total of 116 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,4528 times in total use frequency,19 of traditional Chinese medicine with frequency of more than 100 times,accounting for 64.51%of the total frequency of use,which were arranged in order of Glycyrrhiza,Astragalus membranaceus,Schisandra,Radix Codonopsis,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix platycodonus,Ophiopogon,porium and porch.Ling,Ligusticum chuanxiong,cicha,37,Radix Polygalae,peach kernel,angelica,safflower,leech and Bai Ziren are the core drugs for the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris.2.The commonly used drug class frequency statistical analysis results are commonly used as supplement of deficiency drugs,blood activating and removing stasis drugs,antiphlegm antitussive antiasthmatic drugs,expectorant antitussive antiasthmatic drugs,antiphlegmatic antiasthmatic drugs,resuscitation drugs,physical Qi drugs,leudie and humidifying drugs,Pinggan breath medicine,antipyretic drugs,astringent drugs,warm medicine,purging drugs,and hemostatic drugs.3.Drug four gas frequency statistical analysis results in the treatment of this disease are the most of the drugs with sex and sex,the use frequency is 1379 times and 1340 times respectively,the use frequency is 36.38%,35.35%,the rest are microcold medicine,cold medicine,microtherm,cold medicine.4.Drug and five flavour frequency statistics analysis results in the treatment of the disease in the first three are sweet,bitter,bitter taste,including 24 kinds of sweet drugs,drug frequency 2303 times,frequency 35.87%;20 kinds of bitter medicine,1541 frequency of drug,24%;19 kinds of bitter drugs,1202 frequency of drug,frequency 18.72%.5.The statistical analysis results of drug meridian frequency.The top five drugs for treatment were meridian,spleen meridian,lung meridian,liver meridian and stomach meridian.The frequency of drug use is 2036 times in heart meridian,frequency of 18.14%,spleen meridian 1997 times,frequency 17.79%,lung meridian 1886 times,frequency 16.80%,liver meridian 1584 times,frequency 14.11%,stomach meridian 1195 times,10.64%frequency.6.The results of the drug variable cluster analysis were made up of 8 pairs of common drugs(fragrant,floating wheat,Polygala,Bai Ziren,Zizyphus jujube kernel,tuckahoe,tuckahoe,tuckahoe,Rhizoma Atractylodes,yam,Schisandra,Ophiopogon,37,leech,Platycodon grandiflorum)and 5 groups of common drug combinations(Dragon,oyster,rhubarb,cinnamon branch,paeony,Paeonia lactiflora,Scutellaria baicalensis;bark of Acacia,rehmannia,cinnamon,red peony;peach kernel,safflower,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong;licorice,astragalus,Codonopsis;calamus,tulip,gardenia,Trichosanthes)7.Drugs and five flavours clustering analysis results were obtained in.3 groups respectively,clustering is acrid,bitter and cold temperature;Gan,ping.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Yangshengshen method in improving the patient’s angina effect,electrocardiogram effect,reduce the number of weekly angina attacks,reduce the duration of angina attack,reduce the use of nitroglycerin in patients,reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular endpoint events,improve the quality of life of patients are better than Western medicine treatment group.2.Based on the current research literature reports that Yiqi Yangshuanshen Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris safe.3.Licorice,Astragalus,Schisandra,Codonopsis,Pinellia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Campanulaceae,Madon,Poria,Poria,Chuanxiong,Soda,Sanqi,Yuanzhi,Taoren,Angelica,Safflower,Leech,Cypress,It is Professor Zhouyabin’s core drug for the treatment of coronary heart disease
