research and clinical practice to provide reference;the same time on the Yin Qi Gui Yuan acupuncture prescription points Principle for the study of Tong yuan therapy to promote the clinical application and provide theoretical reference and literature support.Methods1.According to the formation process of Yin Qi Gui Yuan acupuncture,the principles of prescription acupoints by Yin Qi Gui Yuan acupuncture are analyzed theoretically.2.Yin Qi Gui Yuan Acupuncture Analysis;3.search "Chinese Medical Dictionary," the fifth edition of the included TCM books,The use of data mining software spss modeler15.0 Apriori algorithm for acupoints(Zhongji,Qihai,Guanyuan,Tianshu,Guilai)the main syndromes and acupoints compatibility application frequency analysis and association rules analysis,try to summarize Analysis Yin Qi Gui Yuan prescription main points syndromes and matching rules.Research result1.Zhongji acupoints attending disease frequency of the top ten in order are: infertility,nocturnal emission,kidney amassment,amassment and accumulation,vaginal discharge,amenorrhea,infertility,Jue card,aphagia,pelvic mass in woman.Zhongji acupoints compatibility in the treatment ofsymptoms and signs of the top ten were: vaginal discharge,nocturnal emission,metrorrhagia,irregular menstruation,infertility,amassment and accumulation,kidney amassment,retention of placenta,penile pain,dysentery.In the order of the maximum polarities of acupoints,acupuncture points in Sanyinjiao,Qihai,Shenshu,Guanyuan,Zusanli,Mingmen,Geshu,Hegu,Jiaochang,Fuluo,Zhangmen and Shihmen;The most common meridians in the Acupoint are Renmai,followed by the bladder meridian;the most common acupoints on the bladder acupoint are the most acupoints on the bladder meridians,followed by the acupoints on the Renmai vein;Back Shu points;2.The first ten points of frequency of single-point indications of Qihai acupoints are: abdominal pain,dismissal,consumptive abortion,beijing are:Qihai,Sanyinjiao,Shenyu,Shimen,Zhongwan,Zusanli,Shenque,Zhongji,Yinjiao and Tianshu.Guanyuan acupoint compatibility frequency of the top five are: Renmai,bladder,kidney,stomach,spleen.The top five meridians of the acupoints were: bladder meridians,Renmai,stomach meridian,kidney meridian,and spleen meridians.The acupuncture points were classified according to specific points,and the top 5 points
