Tic disorders are chronic neuropsychiatric disorders are common in children and adolescents,mainly for involuntary,fast and repeated non rhythmic movement and(or)no obvious purpose,sudden onset of vocal tics,the male is more than female,the incidence is increasing year by year,up to 1%～4%,has brought the adverse effect is serious for children learning,health and family life.Professor AN has been engaged in clinical pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,scientific research and teaching work for 50 years,with TCM profound theoretical knowledge and rich clinical experience,especially for the treatment of children with tic disorder and obvious effect in pediatric medicine industry enjoys a high reputation.In this study,YGTSS total score,total effective rate and integral progression rate were used to conduct a self controlled study.And an empirical collection and data mining system of TCM was developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Xiyuan Hospital of the Chinese Academy of science of traditional Chinese medicine(Chinese Academy of Chinese Medicine).The core prescription of dynamic disorder and the method of network pharmacology study the effective component,target and action mechanism of the prescription for the treatment of aspiration disorder,and provide the theoretical basis for the application of the core prescription。1.Professor AN’s experience and curative effect evaluation on treating children tic disorder from liver wind and.phlegm.[Objective]Summary of academic thought and clinical experience of Professor AN in the treatment of children with tic disorders,explain the effectiveness and mechanism of Professor ANin two aspects of macroscopical and microcosmic.[Methods]In this paper,the Yale comprehensive aspiration scale(YGTSS)was used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the subjects(extracted from September 2012 to September 2015 100 cases of tic disorder diagnosed by Professor ANN 400 diagnostic data),which were treated by Professor An,Professor AN,for a period of 8 weeks.At baseline,second weeks,fourth weeks,and eighth weekends,the results were evaluated.YGTSS total score,total effective rate and integral progression rate were used to conduct a self controlled study to prove its validity from objective aspect.[Results]Chinese medicine treatment of 100 cases in the observation group,39 cases were cured,21 cases were markedly effective,32 cases were effective,8 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 92%.We can see that both the total score of YGTSS and the rate of progress of integration show that it is effective to treat the disorder of aspiration from the liver wind clip phlegm,and to consult the literature and data of Western medicine and disorder,and then through protein protein.The protein-protein interaction(PPI),such as HAPPI,IntAct,MINT and DIP,obtained the target pairs of the target interaction target-interaction target,and
