| Purpose:system collected 13 to 17 year olds thoracic CT image scanning data,and thoracic three-dimensional reconstruction,each joint of thoracic rib joint and vertebral joints shape measurement,statistical analysis,to explore 13 to 17 year olds thoracic joints,joint morphology development trend and the change rule and characteristics of appeared along with the age growth,thoracic articular process related diagnosis and treatment for the young people development morphology basis.CT imaging scans collected data to choose a research object,using Mimics 16.0 software,Geomagic Studio 12 14.0 reverse engineering software,ANSYS,a three-dimensional model of reconstruction of the thoracic 500 N pressure load on the surface of the thoracic vertebral body and 10 N · m torque and used to simulate the thoracic proneness,stretch,lateral flexion after three physiological state,13~17 year olds thoracic mechanics to study distribution laws and internal fixation instrument mechanics change rule.Materials and methods:in January 2015-May 2017,more than the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia tertiary hospitals in image,collect the imaging data of teenage thoracic CT examination,A total of 55 cases,will obtain the DICOM format data import original image 3 D reconstruction Mimics 16.0 software,3 D reconstruction of vertebral body model and measurement,measurement indicators include the following structure:articular process joint surface is high,the joint joint width,joints,joint spacing and joint joint plane and sagittal plane Angle,joints,joint surface and coronal Angle,rib vertebral joints,pedicle is the smallest diameter A and B),nail length that rib vertebral joints,pedicle rear bone cortex to fanterior edge C(D)and the distance of the bone cortex,rib vertebral joints,pedicle and the Angle between the spine Angle(e);Statistical analysis was performed according to age and thoracic segments,and the morphological development pattern was found.Results:there was a significant increase in the height of the joint surface,the width of the joint,the distance between the joints,the Angle between the joint surface and the sagittal plane,and the Angle between the joint surface and the coronal plane.The total joint surface height increased with the increase of vertebral order,and T12 reached the maximum.The total joint surface width increased with the increase of the vertebral order,and the T6 reached the minimum.The distance between the right and left articular surface was decreased with the increase of vertebral order,and the T5 reached the minimum.The Angle of articular surface and sagittal plane was decreased with the increase of vertebral order,and there was no statistical difference between different age groups,and T3 reached the maximum.Joint plane and coronal Angle with the increase of the vertebral body order showed a trend of decline after rising first,T7 has,T8 reaches the maximum,almost a "rush" distribution,conform to the facet joints joint surface "nearly coronary position".Thus,the trend can be seen:the direction of the joint surface is close to the coronal plane of the vertebral body,and
