Different parts of the intracranial space-occupying lesions can lead to the ocuurrence of epilepsy,and epileptic seizures tend to reflect the prognosis of patients and postoperative quality of life.At present,the cause of seizures common neurosurgery intracranial lesions including:glioma,meningioma,pituitary tumor,metastatic tumor,lymphoma,cerebral hemorrhage,brain abscess,vascular malformation and aneurysm,traumatic brain injuries.In all these in the process of the surgical treatment of patients with neurosurgical disease,we found that not only as the first symptoms of postoperative epilepsy,may persist after lesion excision,and no seizures in some patients before treatment,but after surgical treatment of epilepsy,and the occurrence of postoperative epilepsy increased clinical treatment difficulty,affect the prognosis of patients.So evaluate the epilepsy risk factors of the neurosurgery patients with intracranial lesions,properly for the prevention and treatment of patients at high risk of epilepsy,can significantly improve the patients’ quality of life,improve the prognosis of patients.This study analyzed retrospectively on January 1,2005 to December 31,2015 were hospitalized neurosurgery patients,including brain tumors,cerebrovacular disease,brain injury in patients with clinical,imaging and pathological data.To explore the related risk factors for patients with these seizures,for such provides the basis for the diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of epilepsy,and through to the prevention and treatment of this complication,to increase the quality of life of the patients with epilepsy.The first part,through the department of neurosurgery in 2005 January 1 to December 31,2015 were hospitalized patients(glioma,meningioma and brain tumor)were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and the related risk factors for postoperative treatment in patients with these seizures,to help the prevention and treatment of postoperative epilepsy.The second part,through to the number of functional neurosurgery patients with refractory epilepsy who(postoperative recurrence and postoperative invalid)from broken line brain surgery clinical data and results of analysis and research,exlore the lobes of the isolation technique feasibility of solving the problem of the intractable epilepsy.Through the study found that brain isolated surgery is the treatment of intractable epilepsy(postoperative recurrence and postoperative invalid)effective method of operation is the key to lobes epileptogenic zone which is located in the area and other areas of the brain is completely broken.The improved retained similar to resection surgery effect,reduce the perioperative mortality and complication rates for a long time.Conclusion:intracranial glioma the tumor site,tumor size,tumor recurrence of gliomas and edema around the tumor are risk factors for seizure.Intracranial meningioma tumor location and preoperative epilepsy are meningioma risk factors for early postoperative epilepsy occurs.Open craniocerebral injury caused by traumatic epilepsy,more easily than closed craniocerebral injury patients with penetrating craniocerebral injury,occurred early and late traumatic epilepsy risk is the largest and longest one.As the degree of craniocerebral injury is aggravating,will increase the rate of epilepsy.Patients with fracture of skull sag,the prevalence of epilepsy is significantly higher than the intracranial not seen was abnormal.The incidence of epilepsy of intracranial infection patients is very high.In the process of diagnosis and treatment should be combined with the clinical features,eeg,neural imaging examination and so on comprehensive evaluation of risk factors for traumatic epilepsy occurs,as soon as possible to prevent and control the seizures,so as to improve the quality of survival.Epileptogenic zone will be isolated concept is introduced to the refractory in the frontal lobe epilepsy surgery,the implementation of lobes isolation technique is an effective method to treat epilepsy.
