| ObjectiveResearch on the inheritance of academic experience of famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine has been a hot topic in Chinese medicine in recent years.Clinical experience is the core content of the experience of famous doctors of Chinese medicine,and medical cases are the main carrier of clinical experience.This study aims to explore new ideas of data mining and analysis of famous veteran Chinese medicine cases through data mining and analysis of Li Ke’s medical case collection "Li Ke’s experience of acute critical and difficult diseases".Traditional Chinese medicine is famous for its complex and mesh structure concept of thinking,most of the existing data mining technologies use frequency analysis,clustering analysis and association rules analysis,such analysis are not able to delve into the principle of traditional Chinese medicine.They are also not able to meet the needs of traditional Chinese medicine analysis and study.There are many hidden information is hard to extract.In view of this,this subject uses the attribute partial order structure diagram developed by professor Hong of Yanshan University and his research team for data collation,mining and analysis.Attribute partial order is good at discovering the commonness and individuality of data.It can make more intuitive discovery of data characteristics,and make up for the defects of current data mining methods in the field of traditional Chinese medicine to a certain extent,and it can help with promoting the inheritance of the experience of famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine.Li Ke is a contemporary Chinese medicine clinical practitioner,engaged in TCM clinical exploration for more than 50 years,diagnosis and treatment of more than 100,000 patients,in the rich clinical practice to form his own unique academic views and treatment methods.The masterpiece in his life is"The experience album of the critical and difficult diseases of Li Ke",which is a special collection of medical records.It has collected the examination cases of critical and difficult diseases in various departments such as the Department of Internal Medicine,surgery,Gynecology,Pediatrics,Oncology,Dermatology,ENT,and so on.Some medical cases are accompanied with"concurrently probing" "Note" and so on,and some special topics and theories are expounded.In his life,Li Ke has only one book,"The experience album of the critical and difficult diseases of Old Li Ke",among which,the experience in the treatment of critical and severe diseases is very valuable and has become an important reference book for TCM in the treatment of critical and severe diseases.It is also the firsthand information of the study and inheritance of Li Ke’s experience.In order to study and inherit Li’s clinical experience,we must deeply explore and analyze his medical records.Famous Chinese medical records and rational prescriptions are well known for their complex thinking and network structure concepts,while most of the existing data mining techniques mainly use frequency analysis,clustering analysis and association rule analysis.This kind of analysis is difficult to deeply study the relationship and application characteristics of rational prescription and medicine in medical records,and it is difficult to meet the needs of the analysis and research of traditional Chinese medicine cases.There are still many hidden information in medical records that are difficult to be extracted and discovered.In view of this,this topic uses the attribute partial sequence structure chart developed by the professor of Hong Wenxue of Yanshan University and his research team for data collation,mining and analysis.The attribute partial sequence structure chart is good at discovering the commonness and individuality of the data,and can make a more intuitive mining discovery of the data characteristics,which can effectively make up for the defects of the current data mining methods in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.In order to promote the traditional Chinese medicine memory transmission.In order to make Li Ke’s academic thought and clinical experience deeply understood and passed on,this paper intends to use the new method of knowledge discovery based on attribute partial sequence structure theory to excavate the medical records of "The experience album of the critical and difficult diseases of Old Li Ke".In order to further understand the unique academic thinking and valuable clinical treatment experience.MethodsCombing and summing up the characteristics of rational prescriptions in"The experience album of the critical and difficult diseases of Old Li Ke"and screening the cases in the book that have significant curative effects and definite prescriptions.To input the patients’basic information,symptoms and signs,tongue vein,disease name,syndrome type,main prescription,prescription,decoction method and auxiliary prescription into Excel form to form a database.Then use the attribute partial sequence structure diagram based on the formal concept analysis to mine the data.According to the relationship between the universality and specificity of the visual information objects in the graph,excavate the hidden rule of disease and treatment in Li Ke’s medical cases.Analysis of the characteristics of the treatment of Li Ke.OutcomeFrom the point of view of the corresponding relationship between prescription and disease,between prescription and symptom and sign,and between prescription and syndromes,six prescriptions were analyzed,they were Pogejiuxin decoction,Danshen decoction,Zhang Xichun Laifu decoction,Wenshi-Ben decoction,Yinhuo decoction and Wusherongpi decoction.Analyzed six kinds of diseases of stroke liver disease,surgical disease,gynaecology disease,pediatric disease and neoplasms from the point of view of the relationship between disease and prescription,between disease and medicine,between disease and method of decoction,and between disease and additional therapy,;Six kinds of drugs,such as aconite,Pinellia ternata,Radix Astragali,Cornel,Asarum and Evodia rutaecarpa,were analyzed from the point of view of the relationship between drug dose and disease,drug dose and symptom,and the corresponding relationship between drug dose and syndrome type.Six syndromes of blood stasis syndrome,damp-heat syndrome,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,phlegm and drink syndrome,qi inverses syndrome and liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome were analyzed from the corresponding relationship between syndrome type and prescription,syndromes and drugs.From the corresponding relationship between symptoms and syndromes,six symptoms and signs were analyzed,such as dry mouth,fast pulse,red tongue,less tongue coating,irritability and vertigo.ConclusionThe clinical features of Li Ke are as follows:The treatment has a wide range of diseases,a variety of identification methods are used in the clinical differentiation,so that the most suitable and accurate model names are given.Although Li Ke is famous for using large doses of helping Yang medicine,in his actual treatment,he is not inclined to use these medicine or prescriptions.The most common medicaments in the medical record are ginger,jujube and liquorice.The therapeutic methods are diversified.It is usually found in clinical treatment that red tongue,fast pulse,dysphoria,which are usually found in the symptoms of real heat syndrome or Yin deficiency syndrome,are also the signs of Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency syndrome.Li Ke also uses the heat-clearing and purging drugs in large doses.Li Ke often uses Yinhuotang treating Yin deficiency.Li Ke is good at using insect drugs.The data mining method based on the attribute partial order structure diagram can systematically sort out the medical cases of traditional Chinese medicine,and analyze the corresponding laws among diseases,diseases,syndromes and cures,so as to achieve the precision and systematization of the diagnosis and treatment experience of famous doctors of Chinese medicine,which has a strong practical value and broad application prospect. |
