Resrarch On Risk Prevention Of Long-term Preservation Of Electronic Medical Records In Medical Institutions

Electronic Medical Records emerges with the development of computer network in medical institutions and the globalization of the Internet.As an inevitable product of information technology and network technology in the medical field,the Electronic Medical Records is an inevitable trend of modern management of traditional medical records in medical institutions.Its preliminary application in clinic has greatly improved the efficiency and quality of medical institutions.At the same time,as a product of the medical treatment process of the public in medical institutions,the Electronic Medical Records can meet the needs of the public for their own health information.It closely related to the interests of the public and has the characteristics of publicity,extensiveness,foundation and public welfare.However,in the information construction in medical institutions,the long-term preservation of the Electronic Medical Records has become a bottleneck affecting its further development: the system of the Electronic Medical Records requires patients’ information to be preserved for a long time and accessible at any time.This requires medical institutions to take corresponding risk prevention measures in the process of long-term preservation of the Electronic Medical Records,in order to reduce or avoid the risks that may arise from the Electronic Medical Records.This paper identifies the risks that may arise in the process of long-term preservation of the Electronic Medical Records in medical institutions through risk investigation,and divides them into management level risks and technical level risks.In view of the risks at the management level,this paper carries out risk analysis from the macro perspective and puts forward the corresponding preventive countermeasures.In view of technical risks,this paper designs a set of risk detection methods.Through the risk detection of the Electronic Medical Records,the specific risks of the electronic medical records found from the micro-perspective,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This article is discussed from six parts:The first part elaborates the research background,research significance,research ideas,research framework,research methods and innovation of the article.The second part firstly introduces the theoretical basis of the article,including risk society theory,social risk theory,information security risk management theory and comprehensive risk management theory.Each theory is discussed and its application in the article is analyzed.Next,the related research results are reviewed.This paper analyzed and commented on the related policies of electronic medical records,basic research of the Electronic Medical Records,risk research of the Electronic Medical Records and risk detection of the Electronic Medical Records.This part is the cornerstone of the article,which not only provides theoretical support,but also provides a reference for the study of the article.The third part first constructs the risk identification model of the Electronic Medical Records.Secondly,through literature review and related scales,combined with risk identification model and related theory,hypothesis and questionnaire design are put forward,then the survey is carried out,and the survey results are statistically analyzed(including reliability analysis,validity analysis and correlation analysis).Finally,it summarizes the risks that may arise in the process of long-term preservation of the Electronic Medical Records in medical institutions,and divides them into management risks and technical risks.In the fourth part,according to the identified management level risks,risk analysis is carried out one by one from a macro perspective,and then corresponding preventive suggestions are put forward.In the fifth part,aiming at the identified technical risks,this paper first put forward the idea of risk detection: Firstly,according to the risk identification model of the Electronic Medical Records,risk detection points are set up.Secondly,according to the risk implication and risk items,the detection items of each risk point are set up.Then,draw the risk detection flow chart of the Electronic Medical Records and write the code.Finally,the electronic medical records are tested.Through risk detection of the Electronic Medical Records,specific risk points can be checked out from a micro perspective,so that risk management and prevention are more targeted.Finally,taking Z University in Henan province as an example,random samples of the Electronic Medical Records are selected to carry out risk detection experiments.The sixth part is the last part of the article,which summarizes the whole article,explains the shortcomings in the research process,and looks forward to the future related research.
