| Objective:To explore the diagnostic and therapeutic methods of Bankart injury in the shoulder joint,and to analyze the optimal fixation effect of shoulder arthroplasty in the treatment of Bankart injury from the biomechanical method by means of finite element modeling.Methods And Materials:In the first part,a systematic summary of the diagnosis and treatment of the Bankart injury of the shoulder was carried out through literature review.In the second part,the preoperative and postoperative data of 10 patients with Bankart injury were collected,and the data were extracted by Mimics16.0 software.The geometric model of the shoulder joint was reconstructed and the STL format file was derived.Second,in the Geomagic Studio2014 software repair,noise and surface,export STP format files,in Pro / E5.0 software assembly model.After that,the IGES format file is exported from the shoulder geometry geometry.Then,the IGES file is imported into Hypermesh13.0 software for meshing,the shoulder joint finite element model is established,the BDF format file is exported,the BDF format file is imported into MSC.Patran / Nastran2012 software for finite element grid secondary processing and various Calculation of operating conditions.Results:(1)Does not consider the anchorage repair,in the distal humerus by external load,the different structures of the stress and displacement are different.The maximum stress of the scapula is 1.4 MPa,the maximum value of the joint glenoid is 1.31 MPa,the maximum stress of the labrum is 0.16 MPa,and the maximum stress of the humerus is only 0.04 MPa.In contrast,from the structural characteristics of the structure,the scapula,joint glenoid and labia greater stress,humerus stress is relatively small.Stress concentration at this time makes Bankart damage increased,at the same time,prone to local bone fractures lead to defects.From the deformation characteristics of each structure,the deformation of the scapula and labrum is larger,and the damage is easy to produce relative displacement,which makes the damage area and area expand.(2)Implantation of the anchor can reduce the stress of the structure of the shoulder joint,thereby reducing the risk of injury after surgery again.With the increase of the number of anchors,the stress of each structure shows a decreasing trend.For this model Bankart injury,it is recommended that the use of 3 to 5 implanted anchor for injury repair.(3)The different angle of implantation of the shoulder joint stress on the structure of the shoulder will also have a certain impact.With the increase of the angle of anchorage implantation,the stress of the structure of the shoulder joint decreases first and then increases,and the extreme point is about 30 °.For this model Bankart injury,it is recommended that the clinical use of 30 ° ~ 45 ° as an anchor implant angle.Conclusion:Judging from the biomechanical point of view,it is very instructive to use the finite element method to analyze the bankart injury before and after the injury of Bankart injury,which can provide a good clinical basis for the treatment of Bankart injury repair,Surgery provides a valuable scientific basis. |
