| Purpose:The clavicle acupuncture method belongs to the micro-needle system therapy.It is a valuable experience that Professor Chen Yiguo has learned from medical practice for more than 30 years,continuous clinical practice,and inspired by tai chi Yinyang theory and Sancai theory.The clavicle is an important bone of the human body.It has tai chi properties,three-character attributes,and holographic properties.There are reflection areas or reflection points on the clavicle corresponding to the human organs and limbs.These reflection areas constitute the occluded holographic group.This thesis aims to explore and explore the theoretical basis of clavicle acupuncture,the distribution of acupoints and the clinical validity and safety of clavicle acupuncture through the combing of ancient Chinese culture and thinking patterns,as well as TCM thinking and culture.Material and method:Based on the principles of tai chi and Sancai in ancient traditional culture,combined with the reference books mining tai chi and Sancai principle Content.The main content of this paper can be divided into the following two parts:1.Part one:theoretical study of clavicle acupuncture Learning the ancient Chinese cultural treasure of tai chi theory and the theory of Sancai to study tai chi theory and present meaning,and " heaven-earth-man " three unique thinking mode,clear the ancients know things " One divides into two and merges into one " and " One divides into three and three letters into one " thinking mode,using the thought of image and number,to explore the special characters of by clavicular acupuncture Collecting patient with Chinese medicine used in conventional body acupuncture(control group)and clavicle needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine(treatment group)in treatment of neck type of cervical spondylosis patients clinical data,using the international standard of NPQ neck pain scale,simplify the Mc Gill pain scale waste with degree evaluation of the patient’s clinical symptoms,Vernon scale will gather information compared to the two groups of patients,to explore the effectiveness and safety of clinical application of clavicle needle,and to verify the correlation between the corresponding part of the clavicle(acupoint)and the limb of the viscera.SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis and processing of the study data.Mean standard deviation(—X±S)was used to represent the measurement data.If the data were normally distributed and consistent with homogeneity of variance,the independent sample t test was used to compare the efficacy between the two groups,and the paired t test was used to compare the efficacy before and after treatment in the two groups.The counting data were expressed by frequency(f),and the composition ratio between the two groups was compared by chi-square test.If the data do not conform to normal distribution or uneven variance,non-parametric test is adopted,and P<0.05 is considered to have significant statistical significance.Results: 1.The concepts of tai chi and "heaven,earth and man" are from the "Book of Changes".Those are homologous and have the same source and attribute.They are unified in the "Tao" or "Yuanqi" of the temperament of Taisheng,and Yin and Yang will be tai chi and the three talents are closely linked to explain the laws of nature and change of all things.Tai chi points are two yin and yang,which are combined with one tai chi and is the basic evolution law of all things in the heavens and the earth,that is,the yin and yang movements are not stopped,the changes are not limited,the sympathetic and new feelings are constantly changing,and the life is endless.The law revealed by the theory of Sancai is one of the most basic laws of nature,and it has a profound influence on Chinese medicine.It has prompted Chinese medicine to form a unique " heaven,earth and man " medical thinking mode.For the first time,consider factors such as mind and body and society.Among them,depending on the human body,the mind and body,and the society as a whole,the nature and life are divided into three parts: " heaven-earth-man " and "up-middle-down",focusing on the connection and unification of things and life at different levels.Recognizing the unity of man and nature,forming a concept of "correspondence between man and nature." Man is the core of the system of the three talents.It is the primate of all things in nature.It is born from the heavens and the earth.People are high-grade life with curvature.The sagittal plane is in the form of "S".The clavicle is similar in shape to the analogy.Analogical thinking thinks that those have similar shape often have similar quality.It is speculated that the nature and function of the clavicle may be similar to the tai chi line and "man",which may have important functions in the human body.2.Observing the shape of the tai chi diagram,the "S"-shaped yin-yang line in the middle is the most central part of the tai chi diagram.The tai chi yin-yang law is the most prominent and the most tai chi attribute,which is the origin of tai chi.The circular tai chi diagram of the curve segmentation is gradually formed during the dynamic process of constant motion change.It symbolizes that things and phenomena are constantly changing.The specific manifestation is that tai chi established the Yin and Yang instruments in the initial stage of establishment.The instrument continues to change in the direction of lifting and sympathetic motion,causing the tai chi line in the center of the tai chi diagram to be distorted and rotated,showing an "S"-like curve.Exercise can trigger the formation and consumption of energy,and it is also the process of information communication,exchange and expression.It appears as an "S"-shaped curve in the tai chi diagram.The author speculates that this class "S" curve is the convergence center of force,motion,energy and information in the entire tai chi diagram.By analogy,thinking about things with similar structures may also have similar functions and attributes of tai chi lines.3.The "S" shape of the adult clavicle is similar to that of the spine.Observing the X-ray examination of the infant and the fracture of the clavicle,the "S" shape of the clavicle is not born like the spine.Therefore,the author speculates that the clavicle’s "S" may be similar to the spine and may be the result of biological effects of long-term behavioral activities.It may be related to head-up,chest-lifting,turning over,sitting,standing,walking.Human bones are connected by connective tissue such as muscles,tendons,and ligaments.The contraction drives the bone movement,and when the muscle contracts,it will exert a pulling force on the bone.The clavicle distributes important muscles such as the neck,chest,back and upper limbs,such as the sternocleidomastoid muscle,ectopectoralis,trapezius muscle,and deltoid.The sternocleidomastoid and the trapezius muscle stop at the medial end(extremitas-sternalis claviculae)and the lateral end(extremitas-acromialis claviculae)of the superior clavicle,respectively,while the pectoralis major and deltoid muscle respectively originate from the medial end of the lower clavicle(extremitas-sternalis claviculae)and the lateral end(extremitas-acromialis claviculae),when the muscle contraction is energy-enhancing,it exerts a force on the starting bone.When the sternocleidomastoid muscle contracts,it has a downward force on are human motion,biological force,energy(metabolism),and information gathering center.The study found that the clavicle and spine can regulate the movement of the human body,maintain the dynamic and static balance of the human body,and is an important part of the human body’s metabolism and information exchange.It has the tai chi attribute and is the tai chi part of the human body.The extremitas-acromialis claviculae is placed face up and the extremitas-sternalis claviculae is placed downward.Similar to the human form,with the three-characteristic attribute,the corresponding position of the stimulation of the clavicle can regulate the yin and yang and exercise balance of the human body,as well as energy(metabolism)and information exchange,thereby regulating the human body function,so that the human body re-reaches the Yin-Yang harmonization state and treats the disease.4.The meridian theory is an important part of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,including the twelve regular channel,meridian sinew,branched channel and eight extraordinary channels.It forms a huge information and energy exchange network for the human body.It is an important carrier for acupuncture to adjust the function of the human body.The holographic nature of the site provides meridian support.There are 5 yangs in many meridians(hand Yangming large intestine,hand sun small the two groups could be compared.There was no statistically significant difference in symptom remission between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups had the same therapeutic effect.The intra-group difference in the degree of symptom remission between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.01),indicating that both treatments could effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients.The total effective rate of the two groups was P > 0.05,indicating that the efficacy of clavicle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy(treatment group)was similar to that of conventional body acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy(control group).No adverse reactions such as needle sickness occurred in the two groups during the treatment,and the vital signs were normal.Compared with conventional body acupuncture,clavicle acupuncture has similar or almost the same effect.However,in terms of operation,clavicle acupuncture requires less exposed parts and places,which is convenient for clinical application.With fewer acupuncture points and strong sense of acupuncture,it can effectively save costs and reduce psychological pressure caused by more acupuncture.Conclusion:1.The concepts of " heaven-earth-man " and "tai chi" were both published in the book
