Purpose: 1 Based on the "Liver and Kidney Theory",this study explores the menstrual disease caused by emotion on the basis of ancient Chinese medicine literature and demonstrates the relationship between “liver stagnation and kidney deficiency” and menstruation caused by emotional irregularities.2 Evaluates the clinical efficacy and application value of “Zheng Ji Diao Qi Therapy” treatment for menstrual irregularity caused by emotional factors and demonstrates the evolution of irregular menstruation.Material and method: 1.Through the literature search of traditional Chinese medicine, study the origin of the "liver and kidney theory";the homologous of liver and kidney is closely corelated with the blood source of menstrual;etiology and pathogenesis of the irregular menstruation caused by emotion;syndrome differentiation of irregular menstruation caused by emotion;based the treatment of menstruation from the liver and kidney theory.2.Clinical study on “Zheng Ji Diao Qi” therapy treatment of menstrual irregularity caused by emotional factors.Based on 135 cases with "liver stagnation and kidney deficiency" of irregular menstrual, divided into the following groups: “Zheng Ji Diao Qi” therapy with Chinese Medicine treatment as group A with 35 cases,Chinese Medicine only treatment as group B with 33 cases,“Zheng Ji Diao Qi” therapy with Body Needle acupuncture treatment as group C with 34 cases, and Body Needle acupuncture only treatment as group D with 33 cases.“Zheng Ji Diao Qi” therapy uses “cang gui tan xue” relieve method by focusing on the spinal “Jiaji”,“Qi” regulation by using “Ping Ci Tou Ci” needling method, and in additional with Massage “Zheng ji” methods.Chinese Medicine “Shu Gan Yi Shen” Formula base: "Sheng Mai Ya" 40 g,"Tu Si Zi" 15 g,"Gou QI Zi" 10 g,"Nv Zhen Zi" 15 g,"Xian Ling Pi" 6g,"Chai Hu" 6g,"Dang Gui" 12 g,"Bai Shao" 15 g,"Shen Qu" 10 g,"Sheng Shan Zha" 15 g.Body needling acupoints: “Shan zhong”,“gan Shu”,“shen Shu”,“guan yuan”,“zu san li”,“tai xi”,“tai chong”,“san yin jiao”,“a shi xue” and other acupoints.Selective Acupoint: “ā shì xué”;toward patient’s abdominal palpation, pressing liver meridian, feeling lower abdomen and peritoneal tension to select corresponding reaction point as acupoint.Based on HAMD depression scale,SF-36 life quality scale, along with clinical observation of emotional depression status and life quality as guideline;applies visual analogue scale VAS method to observe pain indicators;laboratory examination of blood rheology indicators,Determination of prostaglandins by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and the use of automatic biochemical analyzer to determine the serum immunoglobulin Ig G,Ig A,Ig M levels;monitoring the correlation of age,the course and duration of disease and treatment effectiveness. Results: 1.Based on the origin of the “liver and kidney theory”,it is considered that liver is the main organ for blood filtering, and that kidney is the main source and closely related to menstruation, liver and kidney are homologous, the yin and yang are complementary, the release and sealed to work together.Emotional depression is the source of menstrual disease mainly caused by anger,qi stagnation and blood stasis are the source of pathogenesis,qi and phlegm stagnation are pathological products,“Xiang Huo Wang Dong”,sealing stagnation is the key and blood deficiency is the source of the pathogenesis.Irregular menstruation caused by emotional depression can be divided into five major liver stagnation types: qi stagnation, spleen deficiency, phlegm stagnation, kidney deficiency,“yin” deficiency of liver and kidney, and the primary focus on liver stagnation and kidney deficiency.2.Clinical study on the treatment of irregular menstruation caused by emotional depression2.1.Through statistical analytic observation of the overall before and after treatment efficacy and effective rate of each groups as follow: “Zheng Ji Diao Qi” therapy with Chinese
