Research On Information Interaction And Effect Evaluation In The Context Of Intelligent Medical Care

With the rapid development of Internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,emerging applications and service models have gradually penetrated into all aspects of the medical and health field.So far,the informatization development process of the medical industry has entered the fourth stage-intelligent medical stage.In recent years,the central and local governments have intensively issued a series of deepening reform policies around smart health care,establishing diversified technical basis and environmental protection,and deeply mining the derivative value of medical information,aiming to provide high-quality medical services for patients.The outbreak of pneumonia in COVID-19 in 2020 boosted the new outlet of the medical and health industry.During the prevention and control of pneumonia in COVID-19,medical institutions all over the country quickly promoted intelligent convenience measures such as online inquiry,follow-up assessment,AI diagnosis.With the improvement of patients and doctors’ recognition of smart medical application experience,it has become an important issue for medical and health departments and institutions to deeply understand the internal mechanism of information interaction under the smart medical situation,ensuring the continuous smooth and healthy development of information interaction,and then alleviating the imbalance between medical demand and medical resources supply.Based on a systematic review of the relevant research on information interaction in the context of smart medical care at home and abroad,this paper makes an in-depth study on the intelligent medical situation and information interaction mechanism,explores the influencing factors of information interaction in the context of intelligent medical care and the methods for its effect evaluation,and puts forward optimization strategies and suggestions.The main contents of this study are as follows:Firstly,the basic content of information interaction in the context of intelligent medical care is clarified.At first,based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the smart medical situation,the smart hospital situation,regional health situation and family doctor situation were integrated to construct the intelligent medical comprehensive situation.Secondly,based on the analysis of the concept and characteristics of information interaction in the context of intelligent medical care,this paper expounds the components of information interaction in the context of intelligent medical care from the aspects of subject,object,environment and technology,and analyzes the relationship between the components.Thirdly,based on the interaction of various elements of information interaction in the context of intelligent medical care,the information interaction mode in the context of intelligent medical care is divided into human-computer interaction mode,machine-machine interaction mode and human-human interaction mode.Finally,the information interaction model in the context of intelligent medical care is constructed.Secondly,the formation mechanism of information interaction in the context of intelligent medical care is explored.At first,based on Maslow’s demand theory,the demand levels of information interaction in the context of intelligent medical care are divided into physiological and security needs,belonging and social needs,respect and self realization;secondly,based on self-determination theory,the motivation of user information interaction is refined into health expectation,psychological expression,scientific research innovation and economic benefits;thirdly,from the information release,information transmission and information transmission,the user’s information interaction motivation is refined into health expectation,psychological expression,scientific research innovation and economic benefit.Finally,based on the social network theory,this paper constructs the network topology of information interaction in the smart medical context.Thirdly,the influencing factors of information interaction in the context of intelligent medical care is analyzed.Referring to the theory of integrated technology acceptance and utilization,combining with the characteristics of intelligent medicine,this paper constructs the influencing factors model of information interaction in the context of intelligent medical care.The results show that: performance expectation,effort expectation,social impact,perceived risk,information quality and service quality have a positive effect on information interaction intention,while perceived risk has a negative effect;information quality and information interaction intention have a negative impact on information interaction behavior Education level and Internet experience have moderating effect on some influencing factors of information interaction.Fourth,the evaluation of information interaction effect in the context of smart medical is constructed.At first,the objectives and principles of information interaction effect evaluation in the smart medical context are clarified;secondly,by using expert interview method,combining with the analysis of influencing factors of user information interaction in intelligent medical context,the evaluation indexes of user information interaction effect are summarized and summarized,and the hierarchical structure model is constructed;finally,the research data is collected by questionnaire,and the research data are collected by questionnaire,and the empirical analysis is carried out by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Fifthly,the optimization strategy of information interaction effect in the context of intelligent medical care is put forward.The optimization in the context of intelligent medical care are proposed.Based on the perspective of users,this paper puts forward the strategies to meet the needs of users and improve their information information interaction;based on the perspective of system service,it puts forward the strategies of optimizing system function design and innovating service mode.This paper focuses on the theoretical and practical research of information interaction in the context of intelligent medical care,which provides guidance for the application of decision-making for smart medical users,and promotes the dimensional management of information behavior in the context of intelligent medical care.In the future research,we will deeply integrate information technology and Internet of things technology,continue to provide high-quality information interaction services for smart medical users,and promote the continuous improvement of smart medical operation management.
