Objective:This article uses acupuncture combined with ear pressure as a method to achieve conditioning of phlegm and damp physique, attempts to explore its therapeutic effect on simple obesity, observes the indicators and clinical effects of acupuncture combined with ear pressure combined therapy, and explores the combination of acupuncture combined with ear pressure. The application plan of the therapy provides objective basis for TCM differentiation of the disease. Methods:The phlegm-wet obese patients included in the study were randomly divided into three groups according to the order of their visits.Acupuncture group, ear pressure group, acupuncture combined with ear pressure group, the height, weight, body circumference, sebum thickness, visceral fat cross-section index, body fat percentage, body weight Water content, obesity(A),body mass index(BMI),body fat percentage(F),waist-to-hip ratio,TC,TQ HDL-C,LDL-C,CRP,intestinal flora, thick wall bacteria, and TCM Clinical observation and scoring based on quality scale points.Results:1.Baseline comparison of three groups of patients:There was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease, height,BMI,phlegm and wetness scores among the three groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.Comparison of body circumference indicators:After treatment in the three groups, the chest circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference, hip circumference,waist-hip ratio(waist/hip circumference)of each group decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the body circumference indexes of the acupuncture+ ear pressure group were significantly reduced and the differences were significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01)between the groups;compared with the ear pressure group, acupuncture The effect was better in the group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Comparison of obesity indicators:the weight(W),obesity(A),body mass index(BMI),and body fat percentage(F)of all groups decreased after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01);compared between groups, the obesity indicators of the acupuncture+ear pressure group were significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01);compared with the ear pressure group,The acupuncture group had better curative effect, but there was no statistically significant difference except body fat percentage(F)(P>0.05).4.Comparison of body composition indicators:body fat percentage(F),body water content, and visceral fat cross-estimation index(VFA)decreased in all groups after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant compared to before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01);comparison between groups, the body composition indexes of the acupuncture+ear pressure group have been significantly improved, the difference is significant;from the perspective of efficacy, compared with the ear pressure group, the acupuncture group has a relatively better effect,Significant difference.5.Comparison of biochemical indicators:TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,and CRP decreased after treatment in each group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01)compared with that before treatment; The biochemical indicators of the acupuncture+ear pressure group were better improved(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with the ear pressure group, the acupuncture group had better curative effects, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.Comparison of sputum wet mass scores:The sputum wet mass scores of all groups decreased after treatment, and the differences were significant before comparison. The acupuncture+ear pressure group was better than the other two groups in reducing sputum wet mass scores between groups. The differences were statistically significant.Significance(P<0.01).7.Comparison of changes in intestinal flora:acupuncture group and acupuncture+ear pressure group in three items of Enterococcus,Bacteroides,Enterobacter, ear pressure group in two items Enterococcus,Bacteroides, compared with before treatment, the difference has Statistical significance(P<0.05);Comparing the acupuncture and ear pressure groups between groups,it has significant advantages in reducing Enterococcus and Enterobacter and increasing Bacteroides.8.The total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 83.33%,the ear pressure group was 76.67%,the acupuncture+ear pressure group was 93.33%,and the total effectiveness of the acupuncture+ ear pressure group was compared with the other two groups. The treatment group had a better effect.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with ear pressure not only has a good effect on weight loss for simple obese patients, but also improves body composition. And can reduce the visceral fat content of patients and regulate their intestinal flora imbalance.2.Acupuncture combined with ear pressure group, acupuncture group and ear pressure group all have satisfactory clinical effects on weight loss. The former has a better overall effect. It can better regulate Qi deficiency, phlegm and dampness, and make clinical symptoms better.
