Implicit multifinality choice refers to the same goal can bring about a multiple of results,and it can contemporarily satisfy conscious and unconscious needs.Individuals' explicit and implicit goals can be activated at the same time,during selecting,the special goal structure will influence the activating process.In present study,we summarized the previous study and adopted behavior study and event-related potential technique to investigate the implicit multifinality choice and its neuromechanism,emotions' impacts on implicit multifinality choice and attention resources' impact on implicit multifinality choice in 6 experiments respectively.Study 1 investigated the multifinality in implicit choice and neural mechanisms within two experiments.In experiment 1,we adopted implicit goal priming paradigm to investigate the mode of interaction between implicit goal and explicit goal by different combinations.The result showed that when participants weren't assigned an explicit or implicit goal,there was no significant different among choosing the applicants.When the participant's explicit goal was to recruit for the best chemistry industry,84.21%of them chose the applicant whose chemistry score was A,and 15.79%of they chose the applicant whose chemistry score was B.However,when participants' implicit goals of identifying with China was activated,73.68%of them chose the applicant whose Chinese history score was A,only 26.32%of them chose the applicant whose Chinese history score was B.When participants' explicit and implicit goals existing,majority(92.86%)of them chose the applicant whose Chinese history score and chemistry score was A.In experiment 2,we investigated the implicit multifinality choice and its neuromechanism by adopting color selecting method.The result revealed that the amplitude of P2 elicited by positive priming stimuli was larger than the control stimuli.Compared with the control stimuli,the positive priming stimuli elicited larger amplitudes of P2 in left-brain,central and posterior of brain.And the effect was significant in right brain.Moreover,the amplitude of N2 elicited by positive priming stimuli was smaller than the control stimuli.Compared with the control stimuli,the positive priming stimuli elicited smaller amplitudes of N2 in left-brain,central and posterior of brain.And the effect was significant in right brain.Finally,the amplitude of P3 elicited by positive priming stimuli was larger than the control stimuli.Compared with the control stimuli,the positive priming stimuli elicited smaller amplitudes of P3 in left-brain,central and posterior of brain.And the effect was significant in right brain.Study 2 investigated the influence of emotion on the multi finality in implicit choice within two experiments.In experiment 3,we investigated how the positive emotions influence the implicit multifinality choice and its neuromechanism by adopting the pictures priming paradigm(presenting the emotional pictures and selection stimuli successively).The results showed that compared with positive emotion condition,the selecting processing of neutral condition elicit larger amplitudes of P2.And at the former central,central,posterior of electrodes,the amplitude of P2 elicited by positive emotion was larger than the neutral condition.In the right brain,the amplitude of P2 elicited by positive priming stimuli was larger than the control stimuli.And compared with positive emotion condition,the selecting processing of neutral condition elicited smaller amplitudes of N2.In the positive emotion priming condition,positive pictures stimuli elicited smaller amplitude of N2 than control stimuli.Compared with positive emotion condition,the selecting processing of neutral condition elicited larger amplitudes of P3.In the central and right brain,positive pictures stimuli elicited significantly larger amplitude of P3 than control stimuli.In the former central and central of brain,positive pictures stimuli elicited significantly larger amplitude of P3 than control stimuli.Then,compared with positive pictures,the amplitude of P3 elicited by positive priming stimuli was larger in the neutral condition.In experiment 4,we investigated how the negative emotions influence the implicit multifinality choice and its neuromechanism by adopting the pictures priming paradigm(presenting the emotional pictures and selection stimuli successively).The results showed that compared with negative emotion condition,the selecting processing of neutral condition elicit larger amplitudes of P2.And at the former central,central,posterior of electrodes,the amplitude of P2 elicited by neutral emotion was larger than the positive emotion,and the effect was observed significantly at the posterior of electrodes.In the right brain,the amplitude of P2 elicited by positive priming stimuli was larger than the control stimuli.At the former central,central,posterior of electrodes,compared with positive emotion condition,the selecting processing of neutral condition elicited smaller amplitudes of N2,the positive pictures elicited smaller amplitude of N2 than control stimuli.Compared with positive emotion condition,the selecting processing of neutral condition elicited larger amplitudes of P3.In the central and right brain,positive pictures stimuli elicited significantly larger amplitude of P3 than control stimuli.In the former central and central of brain,positive pictures stimuli elicited significantly larger amplitude of P3 than control stimuli.Then,compared with negative pictures,the amplitude of P3 elicited by positive priming stimuli was larger in the neutral condition.Study 3 investigated the influence of attention on the multifinality in implicit choice within two experiments.In experiment 5,we adopted the cue-target paradigm to examine the relationship between attention resources and the implicit multifinality choice processing by ERP.We operated the attention resource in the range of " relative abundance-very abundant",and asked the participants to complete the implicit multifinality choice task.The results showed that for the amplitude of P2,there was a significant main effect of cue type,the amplitude of P2 elicited by invalid cues was larger than valid cues.In right brain,the positive priming stimuli elicited larger amplitude of P2 than control stimuli.In the valid cue condition,compared with control stimuli,positive priming stimuli elicited larger P2 amplitudes.For N2,the amplitude of N2 elicited by invalid cues was larger than the valid cues.Compared with control stimuli,positive priming stimuli elicited larger P2 amplitudes in right brain.In the invalid cues condition,compared with control stimuli,positive priming stimuli elicited smaller N2 amplitudes.For P3,invalid cues elicited larger P3 amplitudes than valid cues.The amplitude of P3 elicited by positive priming stimuli was larger than the control stimuli.In the valid cues condition,compared with control stimuli,positive priming stimuli elicited larger P3 amplitudes.In experiment 6,by adopting the rapid serial visual presentation(RSVP),we investigated the cognitive processing features of the attentional blink effect in the implicit multifinality choice when attention resources was temporal distributed.We operated the attention resource by the perceptual load of T1 and the time delay of T1-T2.The results showed that the amplitude of P2 elicited by T2 was larger than T8.In the central brain,positive priming stimuli elicited larger P2 amplitude than control stimuli.In the T8 condition,compared with control stimuli,positive priming stimuli elicited larger P2 amplitudes.The amplitude of P3 elicited by T2 was larger than T8.In the T8 condition,compared with control stimuli,positive priming stimuli elicited larger P3 amplitudes.The findings suggested that when implicit and explicit goals were presented contemporarily,the participants tended to make the multifinality choice.It might suggest that unconscious information processing has a relatively large weight.The right posterior brain regions probably are the core and key areas of processing the multifinality stimuli.P3 components might reflect the fine finishing process of implicit multifinality choice,and it can be an effective ERPs index of implicit multifinality choice.And the positive emotions can influence the processing of multifinality choice.They may have the cross processing system,and when the implicit multifinality was influenced by positive emotions,it will perform unsteadily.The negative emotions will also influence the processing of multifinality choice,but it is limited,no matter in the negative emotion priming and the neutral priming,the advantage effect of multifinality choice processing still exists steadily.In the early attention stage,the individual's implicit multifinality choice processing is mostly influenced by attention condition.However,in the late attention stage,the implicit multifinality choice will be processed adequately regardless of attention condition.In the early attention phase and late decision phase,the implicit multifinality choice will be influenced by attentional blink,and it can't be processed adequately.
