Every country and every nation has its own different cultures,there are also different cultural resources.For a country and nation,cultural resources is not only an important source of cultural production,but also records the history of this country and the nation’s living dictionary,and therefore doubly valued and cherished.China is a big country which has a long history and splendid civilization,but also has a variety of cultural resources,the protection of cultural resources for China to undertake a study is necessary.In 1987,when the World Commission on Environment and Development found that as the world economy continues to develop,resulting in a huge consumption of resources,and thus resulted in serious environmental and climate issues,"sustainable development" concept was officially presented.In September 2015,with the United Nations Summit on Sustainable Development held in New York,sustainable development in the course of development worldwide gone through a full 28 years,the positive development of the concept of youth and now is increasingly much valued by the world,and China is no exception.China in addition to actively with the UN and other international organizations in activities related to sustainable development,but also set off a boom in the academic study of sustainable development,both in the natural sciences or in the social sciences,have had a lot on sustainable development research results.In China’s rapid economic development today,China’s emphasis on sustainable development was referred to a new height.However,compared with other areas of research for sustainable development,sustainable development of China’s cultural resources study has yet to be strengthened.Sustainable development of cultural resources is not only related to cultural heritage and development of their own,but also directly affect the economy of a country or region’s sustainable development.So this will be sustainable development of China’s cultural resources as the research object,and strive to break the cultural resources for sustainable development challenges at the same time,to find a sustainable economic development in parallel with the road of sustainable development.Study on Sustainable Development of Chinese cultural resources is a huge volume of academic subjects,which contains a number of sub-topics,there are some great research value,intangible cultural heritage of Guizhou province in these sub-topics in sustainable development is one of them.On the one hand,as a multi-ethnic area,Guizhou province has colorful intangible cultural heritage,research on sustainable development of these intangible cultural heritage will be conducted by other multi-ethnic region has a revelation;on the other hand,Guizhou as an economic development lags behind province in China,how to use the intangible cultural heritage to boost the sustainable development of sustainable economic development is also worthy representation research.Inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage is inseparable from the people,especially successors.In combing the intangible cultural heritage in the process of sustainable development and around all types of human relations,this paper established “People First” model of the sustainable development of intangible cultural Heritage.The objective of "People First" model is not only to solve the problem of non-material cultural heritage in the cultural heritage and development,more importantly,to break the bottleneck of the intangible cultural heritage and subjects around face in the process of sustainable economic development.For different dilemma with different subject face in process of sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage,this paper takes three cases studies available for comparison,in order to obtain a more comprehensive and objective academic achievement,concretely: the thesis uses Miao embroidery to show the research on market subject,uses Grand song of the Dong ethnic group to show the research on cultural subject,and uses Anshun opera to show the research on administrative and legal subject.The full text uses the “People First” model as a research tool and researches different subjects of different intangible cultural heritage in Guizhou separately,then complete the “People First” model study of the sustainable development of intangible cultural heritages.
