The Value Research Of Management Epistemology Of ChengZhu's Neo-Confucianism

Throughout the history of thought development in ancient China from pre-Qin to Ming and Qing dynasties,there are a lot of theories of thought that study knowledge itself,namely epistemology.Chinese ancient epistemology,because of its concerns,forms of construction,ways of expression and cognitive functions are different from western epistemology,thus showing different characteristics.However,as for the epistemology with its own characteristics in ancient Chinese thought,the current scholars' research on it is generally weak.Especially,it is rare to apply the epistemology of Cheng and Zhu to the practice of management cognition.Therefore,this paper chooses the management epistemology of Cheng-Zhu Neo-Confucianism,the main school of Neo-Confucianism,as the research object,hoping that this research can provide some ideas for us to understand Chinese management philosophy.This paper starts with the basic problem of management epistemology,that is,to tentatively define the concept of management epistemology,and further expounds the essence of management epistemology and the characteristics of management epistemology,so as to clarify the guiding principles and foothold of the development of management epistemology in this paper.Followed,from the Angle of management philosophy and general epistemology,use of text interpretation,the method of combining history and logic in Neo-Confucianism(in this paper,in particular the juche idea of Cheng and Zhu xi)"principle-gas--" philosophy logic structure as the main line,the structure of each part of the category of the epistemological sense interpretation of the management.By elaborating the theoretical framework of the epistemology of Cheng-Zhu Neo-Confucianism management and combining with the characteristics of China's new era,this paper also puts forward the contemporary value of the epistemology of Cheng-Zhu neo-Confucianism management,in order to contribute to the great cause of the harmonious society,harmonious world and the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
