Studies On The Impact Of Smart Technologies On Government Management

At present,the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other intelligent technologies have penetrated into all aspects of human society.The emergence and development of intelligent technology brought about social innovation,which made human society face the transition from "non-intelligent society" to "intelligent society".The arrival of intelligent society has provided new management tools and new administrative ideas for government management,but it also challenges the traditional government management style.So how should government manage to adapt to a smarter society?This study an attempt to breakthrough,on the basis of the interpretation of wisdom technical connotation and characteristics,driven by technology of wisdom of the government management system research on the related issue,in order to make up for the inadequacy of existing research,and absorb wisdom and technology for the government to promote the government management innovation to provide a reference basis,has heavy play the theoretical and practical significance.The author firstly defines the Smart technology,and puts forward the essential characteristics of intelligent technology,such as precision,intelligence,interaction,transparency,openness and universalization.It is believed that the characteristics of intelligent technology have different influences on government management from different aspects.Then,from the external driving force and internal driving force,the power mechanism of government management is analyzed,and the process mechanism of the government's absorption of smart technology is explored.Secondly.SWOT analysis is used to discuss the influence of smart technology on government management.and put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.Finally,through the theoretical study and comparative study,based on intelligence technology is proposed theoretical framework of "cooperative management" government management,from the macro and micro level to establish theoretical framework for the cooperative management,management content such as subject,organization and cooperation were discussed,and the wisdom of social government the feasibility and necessity of collaborative management is analyzed.Through research,the author reaches the following conclusions:1.Research on the social innovation driven by smart technology.Research suggests that human society will enter the social wisdom,in the economy,social relations and organizational structure compared with the agricultural society,industrial society,information society present a significant difference,on the basis of the technology,culture,ethics,organizational decision making,power structure shows unique feature.The intelligent society changed the external ecology of government management and made new demands on government management.Therefore,the influence of smart technology on government management follows the logic of "technological development-social innovation-government innovation".2.The process mechanism of the government to absorb smart technology research,think the government management mode of experiencing the electronic government,mobile government,cloud to the wisdom of government transformation in the development process,and each model was created after the government to absorb smart technology
