Mechanism And Adjustment: A Study Of Internet Expression In The View Of Political Ecology

Expression is always the theme in political science for quite a long time.As the invention of the digital age,the internet technology opened up a new way for human beings to express themselves,then the internet expression comes.Political ideology,power and rights,and political behavior are restructured accordingly,which mixed with different public opinion and will.After that,internet expression appears in both individual and public area,from online to offline,and the two public opinion fields interact,then political stability changes from one transient to another.Internet expression changes the operating environment and elements of real politics,and also promotes the political integration of modern society,which runs through the whole process of internet politics.There are many issues to be solved in the real world regarding internet expression,which consists of how the discourse power is restructured,how the political ecology is influenced,what is the real view of internet expression and how to adjust and correct it.This paper is gradually expanded in the above way.After reviewing the existing domestic and foreign research we find that there are many papers in this area.Western scholars found that the expression is the first step of the political process,then they clearly put forward or implied that the internet expression is the key topic or even equivalent to internet politics.However,the existing research defines the internet expression in a narrow way in the process of isolation,accompany with lack of communication between topics,and lack of systematic research.Therefore,this article takes internet expression from internet usage and starts the research in political science and take political ecology as more wide theoretical resource.The analysis is designed in an integral,dynamic,associated way based on the reality ofChina.After clearly define the concept of internet expression,a new explanation is carried out that the actors consists not only the net citizens,but also medias and government.There are many characteristics of internet expression,such as common and equality,concealment and universality,interactivity and autonomy,diversity and discreteness and so on.The values are also extensive,such as that it can moderate social contradictions,maintain political stability,security rights,to promote freedom and equality,to realize the power restriction,to optimize the public decision-making,promote democracy,to promote the transformation of the government and so on.Of course,it also has the limitations that it is not same as public opinion.This provides the foundation for the next analysis of the actors interaction,and illustrates the static nature of the internet expression in the political ecology,and answers how the internet expression will restructure the discourse power.Secondly,this paper answers the influences of internet expression on political ecology.We hold the opinion that the essence of the internet expression is information which accompanies both power and right,and after technical empowerment it makes power restructured.Using the data of Chinese Social Survey in the year 2013,we find that internet expression is the variable of government trust.In detail,the actions by the net citizens have a negative influence comparing while the government has an opposite effect.Further study shows that the internet expression will transfer from online to offline.The result of empirical research proves that the internet expression plays a significant role in discourse power game in political ecology.Once again,this paper depicts the reality of the internet expression.After describing the internet expression is not only the extension but also the continuance and reinforcement of off-line reality to online.The realistic issues of the internet expression is collected and it leads to effects of public gathering and return.The process of potential energy converse to kinetic energy analysis regarding to internet expression is analyzed,then the response between the actors of internet expression which in fact is the network politics is imported.After analyzing the above mechanism of internet expression,finally this paperanswers how internet expression is adjusted and corrected.On the basis of above analysis,the logic,reality and countermeasures are proposed.Philosophy,reason,vision and transformation targets are discussed.There is mismatch between structure and function,and no enough governance capacity.So political ecology and the political process should be gradually optimized.In all,this paper aims to solve the problem after putting forward the problems and analyzing problems.
