College public physical education “personalization” reform is to train college students to master 1 sport skills and lay ability foundation for their lifelong sports by means of the course content of system technology and tactics knowledge.Technical and tactical knowledge is methodological and strategic knowledge about mastering and effectively completing special movements in the process of human exercise.It has both operability of procedural knowledge and theoretical characteristics of declarative knowledge.Teacher mainly passes on operability knowledge to students in public physical education teaching by demonstrating movement process and explaining essentials of performance.Even though the principles of technology,tactics and physical fitness development under the process or main points of movements are involved,they are inadequate.This paper summarized technical principles,tactical principles and principles of developing physical fitness under the process or main points of movements known as“movement principle knowledge”.“Movement principle knowledge” has the characteristics of immateriality,scientificalness,theorization and motion specificity which is closely related to operational knowledge and reflects rules of scientific sports.The author demonstrated,analyzed and tested the necessity,feasibility and effectiveness of increasing movement principle knowledge by using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment and so on,aiming at improving college students' sports knowledge,motor skill and exercise attitude.The author believed that it was necessary to increase movement principle knowledge in college public physical education “personalization” teaching by analyzing the defects of disciplinary course and separation between theory course and practice course,and teachers' views about knowledge teaching and student's sports knowledge with the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and so on.The author believed that using the teaching strategies of “Cognitive Development” is helpful to integrating movement principle knowledge into college public physical education “personalization” teaching on the basis of constructivism theory and so on by analyzing the traits and applicable condition of existing teaching strategies.To test the effectiveness of increasing movement principle knowledge,teaching experiments was carried out by taking the public sports basketball teaching in Shanghai University as an example.The purpose of experiment is to verify the influence of increasingmovement principle knowledge in public physical education “personalization”teaching for students' sports knowledge,motor skill and exercise attitude under the premise of no change nature of physical education curriculum.The experimental results and conclusions are as follows:(1)Sports knowledgeThe difference between result of control group before and after in sports knowledge was not significant,but the difference between result of experimental group before and after in sports knowledge was significant.And the difference between experimental group and control group in improvement amplitude was significant.So increasing movement principle knowledge in college public physical education “personalization” teaching is helpful to enriching college students' sports knowledge.(2)Motor skillTechnical aspect.The results which test experimental group before and after have significance,so increasing movement principle knowledge in technology teaching is helpful to improving students' technical achievements.But the difference between experimental group and control group in improvement amplitude was not significant,so the experimental group is not different from control group.Tactical aspect.The results which test experimental group before and after have significance.The difference between experimental group and control group in improvement range was significant.So increasing movement principle knowledge in tactics teaching is helpful to improving students' tactical performance.(3)Exercise attitude.The results which test experimental group before and after in behavior attitude,goal attitude,behavior cognition and behavior intention were significant.The differences in improvement range between experimental group and control group in behavior attitude and behavior cognition dimensions were significant.So increasing movement principle knowledge in college public physical education “personalization”teaching is helpful to improving students' exercise attitude.In short,increasing movement principle knowledge in college public physical education “personalization” teaching can help improve students' sports knowledge,motor skill and exercise attitude.Research recommendations are as follows: The syllabus and teaching plan of special physical education should be further improved.The proper teaching strategy of physical education should be chosen.The professionallevel of special physical education teachers should be improved.The running conditions of special physical education teaching should be improved.
